Comfort Inn

Every staff person I interacted with here was wonderful; each was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I knew that breakfast was included here but was surprised to find that they also have a complimentary happy hour. The rooms are basic, clean, and updated. I didn't use the pool and hot tub facilities, but these were clean and well maintained.

This is a small and standard but pretty good hotel! Right across from two grocery stores, an alright view of the mountains and hills nearby, and the continental breakfast is simple but does its job!
Notably, the staff was really helpful. We had some issues with our room lock, and the front desk on hand, Dave, was very patient and helpful with getting the problem solved, even when it meant we had to switch rooms.
I can definitely recommend it for a stay, but maybe not if you're someone who wants/needs the extra frills of fancier places.

The best customer service I’ve ever received from a hotel! All the staff was friendly and cared about their customers! The lobby along with our rooms and pool were both clean! I would go back and recommend this hotel to others. You can tell they truly care and appreciate your business. You just don’t get that kind of service elsewhere these days.

Great place, is definitely an old building, but they've done a great job with what they had to work with. Fantastic location and service. Don't get excited about the free breakfast though.

There is coffee in the lobby all day. Lots of parking and the pool and hot tub are open 7 am to 11 pm. So nice to have long hours. Breakfast has hot and cold options (6-9 am) and there is a complimentary happy hour from 4 pm to 6 pm.

Also, the staff is very welcoming.

This was so much more as expected. The rooms are great and spacious, the bed slept great and the breakfast made for a great start of the day. Friendly service to top it off.

Great pet-friendly hotel. Nice outdoor pet area with disposal bags and trash can. Really clean. Super comfortable. Nice staff. Couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially for my first time in a pet-friendly hotel. Didn't have time for the pool.

My favorite place to stay in Colville.

Great place to stay . Clean and comfortable beds . Super nice pool and hot tub. Love the happy hour. Free beer and free munchies and decent breakfast. What else can you ask for .

This is the best lodging in Colville hands down. Very clean rooms, friendly staff (they allowed both an early check-in and a late check-out), a tasty complimentary breakfast, and a complimentary happy hour every night from 4 to 6 (nice selection of beer, wine, and snacks).

Best hotel in Colville. Don't do what I did was make a reservation at one of the other local motels only to ask fo a refund and come to Comfort Inn. We will not consider any other property when in Colville. Happy hour with free drinks from 4pm to 6pm daily is a plus as well!

This inn took the "comfort" part of their name extremely seriously. My bedroom was big with a clean comfortable bed and lots of pillows, the AC/fan worked perfectly without rattling or other weird noises, the bathroom was one of the cleanest I've ever seen in a hotel. The shower temperature was consistent with great water pressure and the bedding (blankets, shower curtain, etc) were clearly set up to be cleaned regularly. Example - the shower curtain is fabric to make for easy removal and washing (unlike plastic which loves mold). Definitely aware of the current Covid era.

But wait there's more! I have never seen a continental breakfast like this one. They had the standard cereal, yogurt, coffee, but then went above and beyond with hot fixings for a breakfast sandwich (eggs, sausage, gravy, biscuits) or, if you're feeling decadent, your choice of plain or blueberry waffle, made freshly just for you. I had both ;)

My only complaint (and it's not a real one) is that the wifi was a little slow, but it was readily available and the Inn was full (unsurprisingly :).

100% would stay here again.

The staff (front desk) was excellent, very friendly and helpful.
The room was very nice but the bed was a little uncomfortable.

They guy who checked us in was super nice and friendly. The night lady was great also. She had the breakfast well stocked in the morning also. The pool and jacuzzi was great also. And they have a nice side yard for the dogs. It was great.

Five stars for this hotel. It's a discount hotel but we were impressed by the clean, well maintained rooms and friendly, helpful staff. Great Value for money. We will be back.

Great crew here the owner has a good crew on board. My wife and i had our wedding party stay here last August. It was a great experience everyone loved it. We live in Spokane and have Family in Colville so we're always staying here never had bad experience. Thanks for making us feel welcome everytime. Keep up good work...

This place turned out to exceed my expectations. Very comfortable, quiet and immaculately clean, even the pool and hot tub. The woman who checked me in was so pleasant and kind that we struck up a very interesting conversation. Even the morning breakfast was the best I've had at a Comfort Inn yet -- standard fare, but warm and delicious with a good amount of choice. Well worth the price after a long drive across the state.

Their Honeymoon Suite is my go-to room for any occasion. I've also stayed in their regular rooms and they are nice too. Everything is always clean and tidy, smells fresh, pool and hot tub are both great. Breakfast is mediocre, but I'm not staying to get a good meal...just my thoughts.
