Dr. Nordeen is so patient and puts one at ease before the procedure. The rest of the staff are also polite and professional. They get their work done satisfactory and also let us know what is the treatment plan for the future. Since I have diabetes and need periodic deep cleaning, there’s always a coaching session so that I can take care of my teeth, which is a huge investment given that the implant was more than $4000. However, all of this is money well spent if you look at this Dentist as your coach for keeping all the teeth until you die. 😃😃

I highly recommend this office! I was seen for a new patient exam today and the appointment went great. They brought me back on time, did a great job with my cleaning, and the dentist addressed all of my concerns. Not only that but they were very nice and professional while they helped me. I will be making appointments for the whole family.

Hands down best care I’ve ever received. Dr. and all staff are SO sweet! I am a nervous patient and they are always gentle and making sure I’m comfortable! Not to mention, squeezed me in for a dental emergency on the spot!

Can't say enough great things about this place. I had 2 very bad experiences with dentists prior to coming here. High pressure sales, huge prices, and simply not using my benefits for what I requested was some of the issues I was having at other places.

Smiles knocked it out of the park with the best care, the best price by a long shot, and took care of my needs. I am absolutely terrified of the dentist. They were very understanding. I now have a wonderful smile and look forward to getting more work done here in the future. 10/10 experience!

Great experience with Smiles of Lacey. Everyone was very friendly. Really love that they have a plan for people who don't have dental insurance. Very cheap and covers the basics which is what I needed.

I absolutely love this place.. great and friendly staff.. they care about you as a person and as a patient. They really listen to you and your concerns. I’m naturally not comfortable coming to the dentist.. but they make it so much easier.

Staff are friendly and always willing to work to provide the best experience possible. I had a lot of childhood trauma around dentists and hygienists are friendly and thorough, yet kind and caring. I always have a good experience here and wouldn’t go anywhere else for my dental needs. Everything about my experiences here in the Lacey office has been amazing, I almost fall asleep in the chair now! Thank you to the amazing staff, from the front office people to the dentist herself, and everyone in between, you are truly professionals!

The whole process was exceptional. Courteous reception, appointment on time, painless procedure with clear communications from hygienist and dentist. All done very professionally.

The staff is very courteous and friendly. I was not pressured into opting for unnecessary treatments as in other dental clinics.

It was our first time at this office. From the time I called to schedule the appointment for my family to the time of checkout the experience was great. The front desk ladies were welcoming and cordial. We even got disconnected and they called me back to continue to schedule the appointment. They even went above and beyond to ensure that our insurance would cover our visits since it was one of those that need to be exactly specific. Once that was squared away and we were called back the hygienists and doctor were all welcoming and friendly. They took the time to ensure our kids were comfortable and knew what was going on every step of the way. With neurodivergent kiddos this is so important and helpful for them to stay calm and anxious free. Once they were done they were told that they could pick a toy from the toy chest. Whenever there is something like that it takes them a long time to find just the right thing. They were not rushed or felt like they were taking too long. When I asked them when we were in the car how they felt and how they liked it they both said they liked this dentist a lot and want to come back. They also said that they felt good which, is code for relaxed and at ease! I would highly recommend Smiles Dental Lacey!

The best experience I have ever had at the dentist, everyone is extremely kind and helpful.

First thing I want to say is I was going to already tell them how great I thought they were. I have had dinner work done since I was 11 years old. And it's always been a problem. So I know my way around the dentist office. I had to drive some distance because I live in Olympia. So it was a long drive. It all happened because I was looking for implants. And that's how I found that. I've had problems with my teeth since I was 11 years old but I've never deal with anyone that knew as much about what they were doing as the people I talked to today I'm shocked. I actually felt very good about the idea that people had a lot of knowledge about what they were doing that impressed me. I actually felt like they cared about what was going to happen to me. After the exam. After all the work was done, that's important. I also think that they really had a genuine concern as to what happens at the end of what they do, and they took time to explain things. It took time to do things that he didn't be done. So I felt pretty good about that too. At the exam, we discovered that there was a tooth that needed to be replaced. And so they scheduled me for appointment the next following day. They tell you the truth. I feel very good about the fact that I went there. Even though it's a little distance from my house. I'm glad that I went because I've been with Dennis for years. And they've not done that kind of job so good job.

Tina is the best! She's been solely doing my cleanings for a couple of years now and she's great! She's one of the best with a needle too! Jessica and Dr Nordeen always put me at ease and do a terrific job and I feel like an old friend coming by for a visit! Great music in the office too! If my mouth wasn't wide open, I'd sing along. Front desk is right on it! Never had a billing issue or problem in years! Appointment availability is never an issue. All around great place!
