Took my nephew and hubby to look for white dress shirts. Couldn’t find the store at Highstreet, and no sign redirecting us to Seven oaks. Quick google search did the trick. However, they still get five stars because the woman working the suit room was perfection. Educating us without condescending. Asking smart questions to better help us. Anticipated needs and interests. Ordered us out of stock items online and had them shipped to us. All in under 20 minutes. Store was clean and organized. Felt a little bare, but I know they just moved.

I’m only giving this 5 stars rating for the selection and customer service (from one staff). We went to the store today and purchased couple items. The customer service by the (pregnant lady) was great. She was very pleasant ,friendly and helpful. But the whole experience was ruined when we were in cash counter, the other lady was not pleasant and seems like she didn’t wanna us to buy anything from the store .

We went to the Abbotsford store to find an outfit for my boyfriend to go to my Christmas party. We were helped by a wonderful lady named Joyasa, so helpful and put a great out fit together and made out experience painless and fun. She has a great eye for design

My buddies wedding is in the summer and I needed to get a suit,I had no idea where to start with sizing and such. I got helped by a lady named Jessica who was very helpful. I tried on one vest she suggested that would fit me best. Perfect fit and she new what size coat that would fit.Again perfect fit. She had good knowledge about suits.I was pleased with her service. I got my full suit including; pants,jacket,coat,vest and shirt for $120!! I honestly couldn't believe the price.definitely going shopping here again.

Wonderful quality clothes, with many sales that make the prices reasonable. I am very pleased to have found this store after mexx closed down. I can find shirts that are actually long enough for me without being far too large in the midsection.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They were able to strike the perfect balance between being helpful and letting me do my own thing. There was always someone nearby in case I needed a hand but they did not constantly pester mentor see if I needed help. Once I asked for.some advice they were quickly able to explain to me their sizing and help me understand it. The staff are also quite helpful in picking out items if you are having trouble deciding.

Definitely shop here for your formal or upscale clothing.

I needed a suit for my wedding and I was able to find one that I really liked within the first five minutes of being there and the staff was very helpful as well. My only complaint is that they only have the standard sizes for dress shirts. Other then that it was great.

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and I can always count on them to let me know what looks good and what doesn't. Store is tidy and well organized. Clothes are fashionable and trendy. My one stop for wedding season.

Customer service is great. RW does 30%, 40%, and even 50% sales very frequently, like every second week! I don’t think I’ve ever paid full price for anything here so always wait for sales!

The staff was great, they didn’t have what I was looking for. I was trying to find a orange shirt however the customer service was outstanding.
