This lab is LEGIT! Their work is phenomenal. Restorations look beautiful and consistently seat with minimal adjustments. I have been able to reduce my chair time by working with Ziemek because I finally have confidence of knowing the restorations will drop flawlessly. Thank you guys so much! Keep up the great work!!! Excellent product (crowns, bridges, retainers, occlusal guards…) and quick turnaround every time. They are great at communicating with me about any issue that arises with my lab cases (even via text!). Easiest lab I’ve ever worked with!

My experience with Ziemek has been consistently excellent. Their work is spot on. Their fit is precise and predictable. As with many labs, Junk in junk out. However, if there is a problem with your impressions or your expectations they will call and professionally resolve the issue. I recommend them everywhere I work because I want my work to fit. As for customer service they are always polite and competent. That's all I need.

Today we had JR from Ziemek Dental Lab come to our office and do an all day hands on training for the new iTERO scanning unit that we will be using in our office. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are confident with the training we received, that this technology will be a wonderful addition to our practice. In fact, JR was so great, we will be naming our new scanner after him.

Best decision I ever made switching to Ziemek Laboratories! Since using this lab, my "crown and bridge" delivery appointments have cut in half (saving me lots of chair time and money). Crown margins are spot on, proximal contacts are well established, contours and esthetics look very natural, occlusion is ideal, and quality is superior. This lab has great customer service and quick turn around times (esp. with digital impression)!

Our office recently made the jump to digital scanning/impressions (which would have been very stressful if it wasn't for Ziemek Laboratories). They kindly flew down a couple of representatives from the state of Washington to our dental office in Texas and walked us through every step of how to take accurate digital impressions on actual, live patients. Ziemek helped my office transition into the digital era and we now use an intraoral scanner for all impressions. Their service and turn around time is excellent! I now have almost zero remakes and most crowns and night guards require no adjustments to deliver.

I’ve worked with this lab for years and have nothing but praises for them. Crowns drop in easily, our average seat time for crowns is now 10 minutes, out remakes are non existent, their communication is excellent. What more could you ask for.
