Nice lady that answered the phone went to the parking lot near the store to search for an item I had lost there, called me back to tell me she had located it, and would hold it there for me. When I went to retrieve it, I made some purchases there to return the favor. What a great hardware store, kind of a throwback, but having all the things a modern store can provide. Thank you so much again.

Came here to buy plants and fishing bait. The plants were extremely affordable ($3) and they have a wide variety of fishing bait. The plants were in excellent shape and in terracota pots! They also sell basic fishing tackle. The staff was very nice and family run!

You can not beat a family run small business.! I wish we had more like it! This store has it all! The best part is all the beautiful smiles that greet you!

Great place to get all your hardware needs!! Also have live bait and sell hunting and fishing licenses. Located opposite end of main street from the supermarket.

They have a huge variety of tools, from plumbing to carpentry, gardening, etc. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.

Local, family-run hardware store. Convenient assortment of well-stocked items; to complement both die hard contractors & friendly homeowner. Their team effort impress me most for their respectfully-cordial and competent assistance finding specific items. They may even arrange for a home-boy to fix your chainsaw! Washer or drier...you'll need to ask. A pleasure shopping here.

Excellent small town hardware store. Had everything I needed--bolts, level, crescent wrench, ear plugs, glue, curtain hardware. Prices were good and staff was friendly. Definitely support your local hardware store whenever possible.

There are not too many options in the little town of white haven. But even if I had a dozen options, I would shop here. These folks are so kind and helpful to my elderly mom. This is a genuine old fashioned hardware store run by really fabulous people!

This is my favorite store in all of White Haven because they have everything you need and if they don't they'll get it for you. This is the third generation running this store and they are as nice as can be, plus there is a friendly cat named Steffy to pet. Great place.

very friendly helpful people. good emergency bird food suppliers. the firewood is very reasonable priced. and they have the weirdest stuff for sale that you never even knew you needed. shotgun toilet plunger? they got it. Biden bobblehead? sure why not.

I would be lost without G&A, seriously, the fact that it's the only hardware store close by has nothing to do with why I shop there. For being a small family owned business, G&A has a better selection than the big name hardware stores and you can't beat the prices. Staff is always very helpful and ready to answer any questions I have, which I usually do. Large range of items from simple parts, bulk nails and screws, manual tools, soil, fishing supplies, repair service, and even plants and seeds in the spring and summer just to name a few. I visit G&A so frequently for supplies and advise I've jokingly threatened to set up a cot outside, as kids my brother and I would save up our money to go to G&A, it's that great! Wether I'm working on a new project or just went down there and forgot to pick up the parts for that project they've always got what I need to get the job done

G&A is the way hardware stores used to be. Every employee knows what is available and where it is in the store. And it is amazing how many items that G&A carry In their store. I don't think I have ever walked out empty handed. We are blessed to have G&A in our community.

Always friendly and knowledgeable. Someone is always pleased to help you. Throw in the oldies always playing in the background with the personalized assistance and it feels like you used a time machine to get there. Awesome Place!!

Best small town family owned fully stocked hardware store. G&A has anything and everything you could possibly need. The Jarick family is always happy to see and help you. Love this small town store.

I love this store! The people that work at g&a hardware are always ready to help and they know what they are talking about. Unlike lowes staff or home depot etc.the convenience of the location is another plus for me!
