Dunkin'

I didn’t catch the names of the ladies working February 23 around 6 PM but all of them were so nice and so helpful and made the best chai tea I’ve ever gotten from any Dunkin’ ever.

I went through the drive-thru. The young man was very patient with me. I acted like I did not know what I was doing. He answered my weird questions and got me what I wanted. He gave me the name and I was amazing 👏

Tried some new breakfast items. Love the bagel bits. Breakfast taco was ok but hardly any filling so it's like just eating a tortilla shell.

The app crashed this morning. They were fantastic to honor my order when it didn't make it to the store.

The power was out the day I stopped at this location. A few cars were waiting in the drive thru including me. After about 3 to 4 minutes an employee came out to let us all know about the power. Everything in the building was rebooting so it was taking a little bit extra time. The employees were patient and handled the situation great. We got our hot coffee and a smile (even tho they were all scrambling to help everyone) We will be sure to always stop here when we are in town again

Drive thru is speedy and accurate, the staff is curious and genuinely polite. Just make sure if you're here for your morning bagel and Java that you leave early because the lines can get so bad in the morning that they back up on to the street! Despite this the staff more than makes up for the long lines.

So used to my local Dunkins poor attitude and service to match that I was in shock and awe when I was greeted with a very pleasant good morning, being called by name and my order was right and ready for me when I did a very hurried stop. Will definitely recommend them to anyone. I was off the highway and back on in less than 5 minutes. To the crew at Dunkin this morning.... bravo, you had a very happy customer.

DRIVE THROUGH DUNKIN?!?!!??! This place is actually amazing. They've done soooooo well since their grand opening. I hit the drive through almost every Morning between 720 - 7:45AM and sometimes its PACKED and other times it isn't. But even when it was packed with maybe 10 cars ahead of me I still get through SUPER quick! I've yet to zip in and out over 4-5 minutes tops in the AM which is amazing!!!!!!!!!!! The service is fast and efficient in the AM which I am super appreciative of. I'm really annoyed at that 1 star review with no explanation. Please don't even bother considering this place has bad service. I typically grab a bagel and an iced coffee and I'm off to work. Best thing for this area for a quick bite to eat especially in the AM. THANK YOU THANK YOU!

Updated 6/12/19: Since I made the original post, there are not longer coffee grains in the bottom of the L and XL hot coffees. Bravo guys! Thank you! Changed my rating from 3 stars to 5 stars. - LOVE THIS PLACE!

Consistent with on-the-go orders. It's faster to go inside than use the drive thru. Beware when order large and XL hot coffees - you get a mouthful of coffee grain 3/4 of way down and have to strain the coffee to drink the rest. Happens every time.

The product this Dunkin puts out is always far superior to any of the other restaurants in the area, and so is the service. I went through the drive thru this morning on my way to work and not only was the food delicious and ready to go the second I got to the window (I was the only car in line), when I realized I’d forgotten my wallet at home and didn’t have the means to pay, the gentleman working the window was kind enough to pay for my breakfast. Thanks for everything you do guys, the restaurant industry is never as easy to work as most people believe due to the entitlement most people have; but you all do a great job. Thanks for making my morning!

Coffee is always awesome, food is always hot and the people there are pretty friendly. I've run into a few that weren't so friendly, but I'm sure they were just stressed with how busy I've seen that place. The parking lot is a little confusing unless you've been there a few times. Good spot, can quickly maneuver to Bellefonte or State College from this location.

My girlfriend and I frequent here a lot. Our coffee is always spot on and we have speedy service. Henry was working the drive thru and he's always nice and friendly.

Always a great place to grab a latte. Only downside is the one I go to closes at 9pm which is right before third shift starts at my company. ;)

Love Dunkin! Stop in at least twice a day... Sam is the best! He is always friendly and makes the best drinks! Everyone there is friendly and service is always quick...

My visit today was extraordinary as always ! Even my four legged family member was happy to receive a, very well deserved, treat at the drive thru . Thank you to the Bellefonte Dunkin Team !

The people who work here are always so nice. Wish they would have more of whatever the special donut is prepared though. Usually out early in the morning.
