Friendly's

Bryan was our waiter, he was very attentive. I got the munchie mania with the cheeseburger sliders, onion rings and mozzarella sticks. Very tasty and filling. My friend got the BBQ chicken melt which looked amazing. Yummy stuff followed by Reese's pieces medium sundae. Absolutely phenomenal yummy 😋. I'll be back because we visit this square often.

Nice birthday dinner, food is always good and consistent. Great for kids and ice cream 🍦 Fast severing and attentive. We also like the claw machine games they have up front. This is our favorite Friendly's location in the area and highly recommended for the entire family.

We enjoyed the new senior menu. I enjoyed the delicious tuna roll and side garden salad 🥗 😋. It came with a free 🍨 sundae. The restaurant was a little on the cold side, 🥶 🤧 but the very friendly manager, Errian (sp), said it would be fixed 👍 in a couple of days.

The Friendly’s in Hockessin is always good. Even when crowded they figure it out. This is such an easy place to order take out for the kids and they get a great deal.

I usually take my kids here (2M & 6M) on Friday's or Sunday's. As usual it was busy! Service was great and food/ice cream selections were great too! This time around, I chose the Southwest Pasta. I liked it but next time I'll ask them to omit the chunks of jalapeños. It would've been better if the jalapeños were sautéed in the pasta itself rather than used as a topping. But otherwise it was good! This is definitely a place for kids, old, and young!

The nicest Friendly's we've been to in years. Very clean, great service, and good food. The staff were very nice about making a patty melt for us, even though it's no longer on the menu. We'll be back!

We are regular customers, so on our home we stop in to pickup our favorite meal which was hot and fresh and ready when we got there. The service is always excellent.

Smiles all around as you enter a clean and inviting atmosphere. Family oriented with excellent food choices.

My son wanted to go to Friendly's for his birthday. With many locations closing, we were glad to find one open (35 minutes from us.) It was worth the ride. Our waitress was fantastic. Everything we ordered was prepared correctly. They brought his icecream cake to the table and sang. Great experience. No complaints!

Friendly's food is always average. Our experience here with the service though for our 2 year olds birthday was perfect. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable on specials, etc. Best Friendly's I've been to in awhile.

Always a good experience. Fast, friendly service and good food. Legendary Honey BBQ Chicken Supermelt is always a favorite. And of course, you can't leave without ice-cream.

Came here with a large group of friends after a community choir event and loved the attentive service and yummy ice cream and comfort foods! I enjoyed a tall chocolate sundae with Oreos while others enjoyed the Fishamagig and BLTs and more. Thanks friendlys for such friendly service! See you again soon.

Very clean restaurant with quick and friendly staff!

Cody was a great server. Very polite and attentive. Our water did have black specs and he took it away. No bottle water sold. My mango tea was nasty. No flavor. We got kids meals. Sliders and hotdogs. They had no complaints. The cornbeef was fatty. But it was good. Fish and chips was good. Ice cream is always a plus.

We look at friendly's like another is another neighborhood restaurant. Less than one mile away, the young staff is always friendly and if hes friendly and conscientious. The food is better than typical fast food. Solid performance for a reasonable price in a quick manner.

DELICIOUS!! I love their food! The kids always enjoy their dessert and the price is reasonably low. It was quick to order and get food. Everything was great!

But the best part is obviously their ICE CREAM!!!! Their ice cream is A-MA-ZING!

We order takeout here every so often. Always ready on time, hot and fresh.
