ChristianaCare Primary Care at Lantana Square

LaTrina Bailey has been the first provider I have seen that actually listens and doesn’t dismiss my medical concerns. She is very thorough and I completely trust her as my primary care provider.

I saw Latrina Bailey at the ChristianCare Primary Care facility in Lantana Square, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. She was thorough, considerate and professional. She listened to and addressed all of my concerns. The office is efficient and the staff is courteous. Great place that I highly recommend.

Doctor Eva Geracimos is a new doctor for me, since June 2022. She is attentive to your concerns. She answers all of your questions. She gives thorough explanations. She has a pleasant demeanor. The office staff is friendly, helpful, and professional.

Staff is nice and never along wait!

They listen, script for tests, review results, and recommend a clear course of action. Their follow up communication protical is exceptional. Even if you are busy and don't call them back they keep following up with you until they close the communication loop.

Great new office

This location can be either 1 star to 5 stars depending on who you see.

Five Stars = Dr. Geracimos and Katie Rubin. They are absolutely wonderful. They both listen and are an advocate for the patient.

If you cannot get into Dr. G. or with Katie this may result in seeing the other NP.

My most recent experience was less than good. In fact, this was by far the worse office visit I have ever had. Latrina Bailey's bedside manner was more than rude. Her inability to listen and her ability to pontificate are not what should be acceptable in any practice.

I will share that I disagreed with her assessment in which she did not like then rudely left the room and slammed the door.

Is this what we have to expect if we cannot get into our primary care doctor? Is this acceptable behavior? Is this becoming the new norm for Christiana Care? This should not be tolerated by Christiana Care or the patient.
