Edgemont Beer & Cigars

Edgemont Beer has been MY goto beer store for as long as I have lived in West Chester/Newtown Square. The guys working there are always welcoming, knowledgeable and just cool. The beer selection is top notch ad as an added bonus they have a great little humidor to pick up some Cigars for a round of Golf or just hanging out. They have a great selection of single cans available too for when I want to try a Beer before buying a six pack or case. I recommend Edgemont Beer and Cigar to everyone I know. Give these guys some business, it's a really cool neighborhood shop.

This is a great store with an excellent selection! It's family run and they are extremely pleasant and knowledgable. As a local person, I can truly say that this place is a neighborhood institution and would highly recommend to anyone! They have an awesome selection of cooled cans so that you can try new things without buying a large quantity. A definite must go!

I was driving back from WC and noticed the sign. I pulled in and saw the lights were out and by chance Prasad saw me in his cameras and opened his door. It was about closing time. He turned the lights on so I could get some beer. He had shut the systems (as anyone would do close to closing) so I said hey let’s do Venmo and we chatted while I brought it up on my phone and had some laughs. Truly an awesome guy. He could’ve easily said we’re closed and I would’ve been on my way. The store is huge and has a ton of domestic and foreign brews and booze. Give Prasad a shout if you see him. Solid man.

Great store with fantastic beer selection and the best pricing on cigars. They really listen to customers and bring in recommendations. It's out of my way to go there, but I love supporting the family owned business. 5 stars!

Their expanded selection is among the best in the area. Ask them for something and they will get it. Always helpful and reasonable prices too. Only negatives I can think of are the cigar smell (if you're not into that), and that most beers aren't labeled with prices.
