Wonderful farm with a wide selection of vegetables, herbs, perennials, annuals, house plants, shrubs, and ground cover. Get all of your garden starts here - seeds, plant sprouts, potato spuds, onion sets, root sets, rhizomes, etc. It is worth stopping by several times throughout the growing season because they always seem to have new surprises each time. My wife even found a Venus fly trap this last visit! The prices are amazing, and they even give away plants to good homes at the end of the season.

Usually do my greenhouse shopping at Breezy Acers however, they did not have a specific tomato variety I was looking for. Stopped by Brush Valley Greenhouse and ended up buying two different varieties. They had a nice selection of plants. I even talked to a customer that said he always buys his tomatoes at Brush Valley Greenhouse. I felt good about the purchase. Took them home and placed them in my greenhouse area. After a few days I noticed the leaves on the one plant spotting and turning brown. Gave it a few more days of nurturing but it continued to get worse. I took the plant back to Brush Valley Greenhouse and showed it to who I assume was the owner. He looked at the plant and said that it was diseased. I waited for a few seconds for him to give me advice on what to do. He then started walking away so I asked about exchanging it for another one. He said he would not do that but instead told me if I wanted I could buy another one and kept walking. I left in disbelief. I could not believe he would not offer a resolution. Even more concerning was he didn’t seem to care about his plants having blight. After returning home my wife noticed that the second tomato plant that we purchased there is also starting to show signs of disease. Pitched both in the garbage. Tomato blight is highly contagious not only to tomatoes but to other plants. I would be very cautious about buying plants there, at least this season anyway until they get it under control.
