White Dog Cafe Glen Mills

This place was amazing from the decor to the food and drinks. I was very impressed with the service and our food. Everything came out fairly quick and our server was very attentive. The Parmesan truffle fries were out of this world. One of the best meals I’ve had in a long time out. I will definitely be coming back!

So good we went two days in a row. We were up in the area and went to brunch both days due to the quality food and attentive staff.

The first day we had the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the special which was a shirt rib omelet. Both dishes were fantastic, the soup was homemade and a perfect compliment to the brioche grilled cheese. We had Alice as our server and they were very attentive and friendly.

The second day we had the butternut squash soup, the avocado BLT, and the turkey melt which was the special. The butternut squash soup was the perfect thing for a cold day. Very creamy and thick with hints of warming spices. The avocado BLT was delicious and had plenty of thick bacon with a spicy aioli. We also had the brussel sprouts and they were nice and sweet with the bacon being candied in the syrup. The turkey melt was pretty good, a bit challenging to eat but but the cheese sauce was perfect with the bacon and turkey. The truffle fries were extremely good and not overpowered with truffle oil. We had Corey this day and he was very attentive, friendly, and we had a great conversation with him. The photos are from this meal.

We will definitely go back the next time we are in the area. If you are looking for a good brunch spot that has a quality food at a fair price, this is a good choice. You don't have a fan of dogs to enjoy the restaurant.

This was my first time experiencing brunch at White Dog Cafe despite hearing about it before. I just hadn't gotten to it yet.

The fall brunch menu is up and it's definitely amazing! My favorite was the red pepper and walnut dip. I could eat that all day. The egg grinder with onions and peppers was a treat. I ate my leftovers and still drooled

I'd heard of the truffle fries but had forgotten until I received the Avocado BLT. Oh my goodness. The combination of fresh ingredients and the hot fries on the side was amazing.

The Pear Pressure cocktail is an absolute must and the pecan tart for dessert is delectable. So much more to say, but you must visit and take friends.

Our server, Ashley, was amazing! The food was better than expected. Stuffed to the gills! Worth the price.

Unique, dog- themed restaurant that provided a special, delectable dining experience. There were many wonderful items on the menu but the Mushroom Soup was incredible, containing roughly five different types of mushrooms coming from in an area which is known for its mushrooms.

I really enjoy this restaurant, great cheese boards. The atmosphere is terrific and well themed. I am a true lover of dogs, this restaurant truly exceeds expectations with all the dog art and dog friendliness. You can dine outside with your four-legged companion. This evening we met my brother and girlfriend for dessert. I split a pumpkin cheesecake which was very filling very decadent leaving me absolutely satisfied. Perhaps if you’re a cat person this is not the restaurant for you and that’s fine more dog lovers welcome.
On a sidenote, the kids menu is pretty bland and unimaginative. Just order them off the adult menu.

I truly enjoyed my Father’s Day at this restaurant. Food was phenomenal and so was the atmosphere. It’s so impressive that the yummy food is Farm to table! I had some of the best smoked salmon here. The cheese and fruit appetizer was very enjoyable. The whole family enjoyed the meal. Can’t wait To return!

My friend and I were delighted with every aspect of our first meal at a White Dog Cafe. The service was attentive: although they did not have lemonade ready, they made some just for me! We devoured the soup, salad and grilled cheese sandwich platters we ordered for lunch. I appreciate their commitment to farm-to-table food and to being environmentally-responsible. As a pet-parent of a shiba, I knew that White Dog's decor is dogcentric, which was a delight! All the fixtures, paintings and furniture featured adorable pups, even in their restrooms. We were too full to try their desserts, but will leave room next time.

We had a fabulous dinner for my mom’s birthday this past Friday! They gave her a free ice cream dessert and a free dessert for next time! The outdoor seating is so beautiful and the ambience is great! Niki G was the best server with a great vibe and timely service:) the manager was also so delightful and even remembered our names! Everyone really helped make my mom’s birthday special! the food was amazing and the portions were filling, even needing to take a doggie bag home! we can’t wait to come back again for happy hour on the deck!

Had an amazing dinner at the White Dog Cafe! Our server was extremely attentive and friendly. All of the farm to table food options sounded delicious so it was hard to choose!

Our server recommended the Verlasso Salmon- it comes with sweet potato gnocchi, wild mushrooms and Tuscan kale with a butter lemon sauce. It did not disappoint! It was OUTSTANDING! To go with it I ordered their Fearless Hard Seltzer (Blueberry Lavender Lemon Flavored). For dessert I ordered the Vanilla bean creme brûlée which comes with a short bread cookie.

I was also highly impressed that they took the time to make me a hot chocolate despite it not being on the menu. I forgot to take a picture of it as I drank it too quickly >.< but it was as equally amazing as everything else!

If you’re in the area I definitely recommend you give White Dog Cafe a try! The food is amazing, service is impeccable and the adorable decorations of dogs 🐶 are just too cute!!! 10/10 :)

I went here today for a quick lunch with my mother and it was wonderful. Our server was Alice and she was amazing, very attentive even when it was super busy she made sure to check in on us, her sense of humor was great and she really made us feel welcome. The appetizer, entree, desert and cocktails were all delicious, coupled with the fantastic service our quick lunch turned into a really nice treat for the both of us. Thanks again Alice we will definitely be back!

Super cut brunch option! Indoor decor is just so chic and adorable, especially for dog lovers. Every room has a different theme. Outdoor patio is also a nice option on a nice day. Service staffs were friendly and attentive. We came for lunch and enjoyed the fried chicken and breakfast sandwich. The warm donut was tasty, however, more on the greasy side.

I had such a terrific experience. I was dining there on MLK day, and both the hostess and server were incredibly kind and attentive. They definitely went above and beyond to assist with my request. Not to mention, the food was delicious and my drink was phenomenal.

I wish I knew the hostess and server’s name. I was accommodated to a high top table by the bar, and had a 1:15pm reservation for 2 people (if that helps to pinpoint/highlight those exceptional employees). I will definitely be back!

We had a lovely time dining with children at the Glen Mills white dog cafe. The kids were fascinated by all the dog art, not a single coloring book was needed to keep them occupied! The food was excellent and the portions were surprisingly larger than the University City location we've frequented. Staff were very attentive. Keep up the good work!

We came here as a group for Brunch, staffs are friendly, food is always farm fresh, restaurant decors are on point.

-Restaurant-
The ambiance of this restaurant is very welcoming, since we had about 10+ people. we sat in our private room. Decors are as you would guessed it, dog themed, very unique for sure. Not only that, the restaurant itself seems to be very clean as well, which is very important during this pandemic. There's also outdoor dining option, unfortunately we didn't get to sit outside due to the weather that day.

-Service-
Staffs are very attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. Every few minutes we get someone come back to check on our drinks, how the food was and if there's anything we needed.

-Food-
We ordered couple items to share as group. But for entree, my girlfriend and I ordered Avocado BLT (Came with amazing fries) and Smoke Salmon Eggs Benedict.
They are not kidding when they said everything is locally sourced and farm fresh. All the food we order were as fresh as it can get.
There were so many items we wanted to try, but we will save them for next visit.

Overall a great dining experience. Highly recommended.

My daughters, my girlfriend and I went here last night for my pre-birthday dinner. I chose this location because of the outdoor patio seating. We love the University City location, so I wanted to try another location. We drove an hour from New Jersey and we were not disappointed. Our server was Merek and he was phenomenal. His parents raised a good young man and it shows by how he treats his customers. I have to commend his supervisor/manager Jetton, she was exceptional as well. They also had another manager who was going around to the table’s checking on everyone and making sure that everything was good. Needless to say, we will be returning and we will be seated in Merek’s section.

Went to White Dog Cafe on a Thursday afternoon to catch up with a friend I hadn't seen in a while. I made a reservation and we were seated immediately. Neither of us had been there before, we were pleasantly surprised when we were treated to an appetizer of "deviled" eggs as a welcome, they were delicious. We each ordered a signature drink which were really good.
Our meals, mine a burger & my friends a special of sliced beef were both excellent and the truffle fries were out of this world. We finished with coffee & cappuccino. The service was excellent (I'm sorry to say I can't recall our servers name) and we were not rushed while we caught up on our lives. I'm definitely going to go back to White Dog Cafe soon.

The steak and homemade steak sauce was amazing. My wife had fish and chip, daughter had a burger. No complaints from any of us.

Great place for the ladies to lunch. Service was excellent. Attentive wait staff gave us the time we needed to make our selections. The atmosphere is casual, yet polished. We noticed diners in work attire but we felt comfortable in our joggers. Everything was freash and delicious. Can't wait to return.
