Wandell Inn

Stumbled across this place and so happy we made a reservation! Wandell Inn is absolutely beautiful and loved our room--The Rickett's Room. Loved the Jacuzzi bath tub which was very relaxing after a long day of hiking. The coffee maker and bottled water in the room was an added touch. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very informative regarding restaurants and points of interest in the area. Would love to meet her some day. Would definitely stay again and would highly recommend to friends and family.

We loved our first time stay at the Wandell Inn. The place was super clean and every detail was perfect. Our room was on the ground floor and was very comfortable. The house had a lot of charm and we enjoyed sitting in the living room sipping some drinks after hiking Ricketts Glen. I really appreciated the coffee machine with coffee pods, and the icy cold water bottles in the fridge. We kind of stumbled on this place by accident, and I am sure glad we did. We will definitely return here next time we are in the area. Thanks for a great place to stay!

Wandell Inn is a gem! Stayed at Wendell Inn in Hosler Room for two nights for nearby hiking. Perfect renovation—imaginative, thoughtful, charming, old-time feel with modern convenience and comfort. Mattress, shower again perfect. Besides wonderful room, leisure amenities throughout house. Real quality at a modest price!

I live in Texas and visited Benton, PA for a family reunion. I basically just needed a place to sleep. Boy was I so pleased I chose the Wandell Inn! I didn't get a chance to explore the town but my stay at the Inn was top-notch!!! Completely renovated, it was charming, inviting, had all the comforts of home, and so much more. The only regret I have was lack of time to enjoy the home more, sit on the porch, play chess or checkers in the parlor, enjoy the town, etc. I highly recommend!
PS. The owner's communication was exceptional as well. You don't often get high level customer service anymore. From start to finish, they were the best!

The house is beautiful. Every detail is very tastefully decorated, down to the smallest cleaning detail. With my wife we ​​enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility. The town is very picturesque and quiet, with several restaurants. We woke up on Sunday enjoying a delicious coffee in the room while we watched the snow fall through the large windows. Thank you so much Rebecca and Aaron for opening up your home for our weekend outing.

Beautiful Inn with great amenities, very clean and comfortable. We had an excellent stay, Inn is within walking distance to great breakfast places. It was so nice to sit and relax on the front porch with some coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. Owner adds a lot of nice touches throughout. We can’t wait to stay again!

excellent place to stay. tastefully done up. has all facilities. very clean . location is good as there is a grocery store gas station subway to eat. are few antique stores around to browse. very near to the ricketts glen national park. host is very cooperative courteous . thank you for making our stay so wonderful.

We had such a wonderful weekend stay at the Wandell Inn. The inn was clean and well decorated, with the most beautiful kitchen. It had everything we possibly could need. The bath tub in our room had luxurious soaps and bath bombs which we LOVED. Rebecca was so responsive, she was the best host we could have asked for. It was a cold weekend and she made sure to set out extra blankets and heaters everywhere so it was very cozy.
We got to ice hike at Ricketts Glenn which was an incredible experience. And to top it off the town of Benton was lovely to visit. They had a cidery with live music and an adorable shop across the street from the Inn with lots of cute clothes and accessories. We hope to come back again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the Wandell Inn! The owner, Rebecca, was incredible. Friendly, welcoming, and helpful with recommendations not only of the surrounding Benton area, but beyond. The Inn was beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be recommending this gem to anyone traveling to the area and can't wait to go back.

Place was great. Easy check in And check out. We had two rooms both spotless. As well as the house. We will be back.

The Inn was absolutely lovely. Totally remodeled but still super cozy and decorated beautifully. The McHenry room was so comfy and the clawfoot tub plus complimentary bath bomb was divine.

This Inn is a remodeled house. We had the first floor bedroom and bath. The Inn is very nicely decorated, floors are wooden and the furniture is comfortable. There are places to eat within walking distance. We highly recommend this Inn.

What an amazing gem in Benton Pa near Ricketts Glen. Rebecca, the owner, is amazing! She is helpful, accommodating and super enthusiastic.

The place itself is beautifully kept, newly decorated and a great value. Contactless entry is a nice touch as well.

Very nice place. I loved the Keypads so we could get there anytime and have the number to get inside. I would go here again. My room was very nice and slept well.

Very lovely place to stay! Very beautiful architecture and furniture. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were welcoming. The booking process was very easy and it was affordable.
