Depends. Sometimes there quick.
Other times your on hold or in line forever. Currently on hold for 45 min at the least busiest time of day!

They need people to move things along as I waited 10 minutes and left due to the long wait.

30 minutes to make a bill payment with only 1 client in line.

If I could give this bank a no-star rating, I would. Worst bank I have ever dealt with.

If you like Managers promoting their side business instead of doing your paperwork properly, this bank is for you!

If you like having to return to the branch to sign and re-sign paperwork that they have lost, this bank is for you!

If you like getting an overdraw of funds from your bank account for your mortgage payments, then by golly, this bank is for you!

If you like receiving wrong account and login information, this bank is for you!

If you like being told that they would rather have you come to the branch to re-sign documents because it is easier for them to waste your time than to do their job properly and find those documents, this bank is for you!

If you like Managers who avoid accountability and responsibility for their incompetence when you call them out on it, you guessed it, this bank is for you!

For those who don't like their time wasted, stay well away from this bank. Don't assume that you'll get the same quality as Westminster Savings before their merger with Prospera. Their business practice here is a nightmare.

I unfortunately am stuck with them for my mortgage for a few years, but at the first sign of being able to leave I shall, and blacklist them from my choices for mortgage renewal.

Good luck trying to contact them over the phone. They never answer, and their member services centre puts you on hold for at least two hours before being dropped.

I had banked with Westminster Savings for over 30 years. Once it was take over by Prospera the quality and customer service is has dropped. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt only to fail. I will never bank here again.

They do the least amount of work as possible . If you ask for anything other than depositing your money you will be disapointed . (My experience on 20 + visits)

I wish there was a minus! Most inept bank I've ever dealt with. They lost my paperwork, made me wait for an hour, just to be told I have to come back again because of their incompetence. Such a waste of time!

As a follow-up, after a lot of frustration, being given the runaround, documentation taken by and lost by the bank and told a multitude of contrasting stories of what we needed to do (it seemed like no one knew the proper process if there is one), we finally found someone who was competent (their assistant manager) and knew how to deal with the issue at hand and it was resolved.

Terrible customer service.
