I have purchased mattresses fro Erik for either myself or my daughter. He is honest, very knowledgeable and his customer service is exceptional. He knows what customer service is and he delivers every single time. I highly recommend Eric. If you’re looking for a mattress or an adjustable base or a bed sheets I think he will probably give you the best price you can and the most competitive. Eric was helpful at showing multiple mattress options, very knowledgeable about mattresses and offered great suggestions based on what I was looking for. And he had a lot of mattresses in stock and ready to go! I drove away with my new mattress, all in less than 30 mins! Would HIGHLY recommend!

We love Eric! He got us an amazing mattress at a great price. A king size, gel core, foam mattress, box sprigs, and frame at a fantastic price. He even threw in a five 5ided mattress cover for FREE! He was very informative, never pushy. We are coming back for new pillows soon. We had our two kids with us, 3 and 8 months old, and we were all very welcome. We recommend Eric and his quality products to everyone.

We purchased a king and queen mattress set about a year ago and I've waited this long to review them because I wanted to see how they held up. As you can see I am extremely impressed. The pricing was high value, the service was excellent, and the sales pitch was low key. We know where we will get our next mattress set and could not have been happier.

We were at the store December 27, 2018 to purchase a bed for my son. My son has numerous back problems and Eric recommended a bed for my son and he is very happy with the purchase his back feels much better. It is time for me to purchase a bed. I will be headed down to see them later this afternoon... weather permitting.

This is a great place to buy a mattress if you’re looking for a good deal and pleasant shopping experience. After checking out other places in town, I’m glad we met Eric. He was friendly, personable, and informative, and even offered us a cold drink of water on a very hot day. I am happy with my mattress and spent quite a bit less than I would have elsewhere. I would go back to Bargain Mattress Outlet again in a heartbeat.

Just a quick review, manager and new salesman were great, quick and efficient to work w. We left w a brand new queen mattress, which was on sale. Make sure you look at the 18"high rise frames...you do not need box springs anymore! You are able to now move beds alone and not struggle thru your doors@!!#$@

Bargain Mattress Outlet is top notch. Prices are very reasonable and the customer service is wonderful. I would highly recommend coming here to anyone who is looking to buy a mattress. Don't go to the big brand stores because you can pay a fraction of the price for the same product at Bargain Mattress Outlet.

I needed a new mattress and didn't want the hassle of finding the best sale between all the chain mattress stores. I just Googled Bargain Mattress Outlet and it led me to the great people at this store in Nampa, Idaho. In very little time I had a quality mattress for a great price, plus a new frame that lets me store stuff underneath without those risers that are so wobbly. I saved $ too, because I don't need a box spring with this frame! I was impressed with their honesty and the quality of their products. I highly recommend Bargain Mattress Outlet!

Took my mother mattress shopping, we didn't have to go any further than Bargain Mattress. Erik and Sue are very knowledgeable spent quite a bit of time with her and no pressure, and very competitive pricing. Needless to say, she is very pleased with her new set.

Went out today thinking we’d be mattress shopping for a while, but found a great one right away for cheaper than I have priced online anywhere else. Best part was the customer service! Felt like we were talking to an old friend.

Can I give more stars? Where to start?------As before mentioned this is a ZERO PRESSURE and ZERO bait and switch business. They know, understand, live and breathe mattresses! Ask a question and you get a REAL answer--not a run up to get you to spend more money! It's almost like they are there to help you and to provide a solution to what you are trying to do! It's almost like you are the customer! No, I take that back--it's exactly like that!
If you want to go to the places that try to put you into an overpriced, underwhelming mattress then please, try those overpriced ripoffs--but if you want to be treated with respect and treated fairly on ALL prices then this is the place!
No fake sales here! No "free pillows or sheets if you buy today malarkey"!
Please spend time here! Eric actually wants you to lie down on the mattress and try it out! He wants to make sure its a fit for you--not his wallet! There is a huge difference between that and the "big names".
I will continue to buy here and send all of my friends here!

My mother (46) and I (21) were in dire need of new mattress'. Her mattress is going on 22 years and mine 17. I tend to be very timid and usually don't like going out... especially to places where you would normally be pressured to "buy, buy, buy!", So I've been dragging my feet about this purchase. However the owner, Erik, was extremely pleseant. Not only as a seller, but also as a person. I'm actually ashamed I waited so long, now.

He was very curtious and proffessional. He didn't make it uncomfortable trying out beds nor were we pressured to buy anything we did not need. In fact, he could of talked us into buying two new box springs. Instead, he told us some "secrets of the trade". He told us about how our box springs should be, and how to tell (from his own box spring stock) if the box spring is not good. Low and behold when we got home, using his advice, we found out our box springs are still good! I know it doesn't make much sense reading, but in person he explains it perfectly.

Me as a new mattress buyer, believe he was knowledgeable and very, very patient (I swear my mother repeated the same question five times within 10 mins, and he did not get frustrated). Even as my mother and I circled around the store (I swear we were there for almost three hours being indecisive). He didn't even try to hurry us up! He stayed a good distance, not too far not too close. It felt like we could breath while choosing, but if we ever had a question he was quick to answer any and all. He repeatedly told us to "take our time" which, to a timid person, was calming. His honesty was very reassuring in making a more costly purchase. He was both honest on the quality of the beds for the cost and helped us figure out what we, as individuals, wanted from our beds.

Onto the store. It is very clean both outside and inside. It might seem small on the outside, but it very roomy on the inside. The beds had no scuff marks from other customers shoes. The floor had no dust both under the beds and on the stacked mattress'.

I am bringing my sister in law to buy a mattress from here. I cannot believe I even thought of buying a mattress from a "big name" store. Which would of been a rip off considering Bargain Mattress Outlet prices were incredible. After I got home I compared prices to other stores and my jaw dropped from how much I saved.
