Last week, my family and I found ourselves in a bit of a jam when our car decided to take an unexpected break in the middle of our journey. We broke down on a Sunday afternoon, towing a trailered boat - of 6 towing services found, Cameron McQuown's East Main Service was the only one who actually answered our call. Literally, within 20 minutes, he arrived along with a volunteered second personal vehicle driven by his mother, to have brought both our truck, AND our boat on it's trailer from off of the I-80 interstate to his safe location where we were permitted to have left our vehicle while returning back to Wisconsin to get another vehicle to tow our car back home. This man, AND his family treated us like we were the single most important persons on the planet, assisted us finding peace with which to solve our multiple issues presented, and did NOT rip us off for one single cent more than what my towing insurance had agreed to have paid. I wish I had had his mother as my own, and Cameron as my valued brother - their professionalism, business ethics and personal demeanor were absolutely just phenomenal - I would trust him with my family's dogs' very life, he exceeded my every even possible highest of expectations, you too will be infinitely impressed with the compassion with which this family operates their business!

Broke down on my way from work this morning and couldn't have picked a better tow service. They came quick and got my car and I to the body shop quick. Fast and friendly service in an unexpected situation. I highly recommend.

We had an incident in which our car was stuck in our driveway, late evening on a rainy night. Cameron came right away to winch it out of a tight spot. He said he'd treat the car like it was his own and he did. He was gentle and careful throughout.
I have an electric vehicle and Cameron is doing his homework to be able to take special considerations into account for the growing electric car market.
I'd highly recommend this company if you find yourself in a tough situation.

Locked my keys in my car. Even though I was able to get a coat hanger and unlock my car I still called East Main service to let them know I got it figured out. When they answered the phone they asked and made sure I was good if I needed anything else and even gave me a great tip for the next time I lock my keys in the car. “Don’t go through the insurance company. Call a local get a receipt and turn it in for reimbursement.” Definitely better than asking truck drivers for the last 1 1/2 hr for a coat hanger. Because the insurance company wants to shop around for the cheapest option vs just getting the job done.

I'd give 10 stars if I could. We had a breakdown on the interstate and Cameron was amazing! He brought a truck big enough to accompany our family and the dog, towed us 40 miles, then waited until we talked with the mechanic and dropped us at a hotel. He worked directly with our insurance company to set up the tow, and keep us notified of his location and ETA. He was a godsend on a lonely stretch of road in central PA. I don't wish the experience on anyone, but if you have a breakdown in PA, Cameron and East Main Services should be your first call!

Just had these wonderful people help get my keys out of my car. They were extremely polite and very helpful maybe 7 minutes and they had the door open. Turned a bad experience into a not so bad experience. Much appreciated!!!

Amazing service! Was very professional, on time, courteous and just all around great. We were stuck in a ditch on a very back dirt road, in the middle of the night, after a snow storm I should add, and Cameron was nothing short of amazing!!! We’re glad we called, after being stuck for 2 hours already it was so nice to see the finish line of getting home. Even after the initial job was done and we couldn’t make it up a hill due to snow, he was willing to pull us a little further! Exceptional customer service, if we ever need a tow again, this is the place to call. Thanks again!!!

Phenomenal, truly!

I ditched my car 12/1/20 (09 Pontiac G8) (I know "why were you driving that in the snow?!"). After waiting for hrs in the ditch I decided to leave it there and go home, I'd deal with it in the AM. All night I was thinking about how, whoever the tow truck driver is, is going to pull my car out without breaking the front bumper. My car has a lower profile and the ditch was rather deep. After going back out, digging the front of the car out do the driver can access it easily, I finally got word that a driver was on his was.

It was Cameron from East Main Service on the other line. I expressed to him my concern of the bumper and all around carefulness needed for my car. Cameron immediately shared his experience, his knowledge of the vehicle, and the actions he was going to take to pull the vehicle out. Even before he knew exactly where it was. It instilled loads of confidence and immediately I was at peace. I wasn't able to be there at the extraction point but Cameron took care of that. Unrequested, he sent me two pictures of the extraction and where it was parked. I recommend East main service if ever you are stuck in a ditch or in need of a tow. Highly recommended!

I believe Cameron was the gentleman that came out to help me. Such a kind and educated individual in my time of need! My car's alternator belt snapped on i80 and he made me feel safe and comfortable throughout the entire process. Even took the time to open up the hood, explain everything that went wrong and how to fix it, as well as referrals and how/what to do next. Jumped my car with his battery pack, and brought the vehicle as well as myself directly to my home. I'll never go with a different company if I ever need these services again. Thank you.

I have to say that I had an incredible and professional experience with this tow truck company.

The company is a local, small-town business that helped me in a time of desperate need. I called AAA after breaking down on the highway during my trip back to the east coast with my girlfriend. The driver picked us up not only ahead of schedule, but also called local mechanics to help us get back on the road as soon as possible, and even drove us to a nearby hotel that we had to stay at while our car was repaired.

The man who drove us was extremely kind, respectful, and made us feel safe in his vehicle. I strongly recommend this tow-company to anyone in need and I hope I never need to use this service again (ideally we won’t break down again 😂) but if I do need a tow again while in the area then I will definitely be in contact again

We called AAA to have our Encore towed to a garage. The driver was fast, friendly & very professional. I would recommend them.

Car broke down on i80. Cameron was very quick to pick it up, took us to hotel, helped getting stuff out of car and took our car to Ford. He then sent a picture of our car and where he dropped keys. We are from Michigan and very impressed with the service!!!

Was stuck in a Dirt lot with my Semi Truck... Batteries were dead as a doornail... This lovely couple came out in a flatbed to see if they could help me... They sat there for almost an hour and Dale put another jumper pack on and low and behold the batteries popped right off... I was so excited I jumped up and hugged Mollie... Her and I spoke and she said they had been together over 40 yrs I think... Well I wish them nothing but happiness and 40 more years together...
