I really like this store. Staff are always super friendly, and they showed me their used tool room. The used tool room is really cool and everything is pretty cheap. I left with a sweet multimeter from their used room to help with my new job. It was great to get an amazing deal. I will definitely be going here more often just for the used tool room alone. Thanks guys!

The selection of tools and accessories here is unparalleled. If you are looking for quick service this is also your best bet. I came in looking for a rebar tie tool and found one with help in seconds. I highly recommend. No other parallel to it in the Treasure Valley. As about scratch and dent too. I have a feeling they have lots of those.

Laura and her crew are fantastic..... even the hippie! The shop does all my hand tool repairs (we have plenty) and I usually find what I need for tools in stock.

Great guys to work with. Super helpful and knowledgeable. Consigned tools for me, and I recently purchased a sandblasting cabinet from them and the regulator came with metric threads. Looked high and low for an adaptor locally at ace and true value, finally gave them a call. They had me bring it in and swapped the fitting for me free of charge. Great selection, and friendly, helpful guys. Definitely have my future business.

The staff here was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices were much better than expected even beating the big box stores. It's so nice to have a local business establishment that I can come to and get the type of personalized service I grew up with and was accustomed to.

Very clean and organized place. No prices on power tools tho😫. The employees are more than welcome to check prices for you though they are very nice people. All items are very organized and sorted very good.

Ryobi warranty repair - very easy, quick turnaround, little paperwork. Great experience, much easier than mailing in tool to Ryobi.

AMAZING customer service! I stopped by for a gas can to go get gas and they gave me a splash of gas to get my motorcycle to the gas station AND offered to drive me to my motorcycle! EXCEPTIONAL customer service and a huge thanks to Rick and the rest of the team there. Incredibly helpful and they have all the tools that no one else has. They also have great rates and expertise! I will be going there for all of my tool and equipment needs. Thanks again for the wonderful experience! I'm so glad that we have such a great company in our community!

Website was good. I haven't went to the actual store yet but plan on it soon, looks like they have good tools that the big stores don't carry so should be another good tool resource.

Super helpful and friendly staff, the gentleman in the repair and parts is very knowledgeable and really helped me out. I should mention that I have never seen such a selection of tools. They are my new toy shop.

Best tool place in the valley

If you want tools that your great grandkids will inherit and still use, buy tools here. Their staff knows what they are doing. Hands down, best place to buy actual quality tools like you used to get.

These guys have always been willing to match anyone else's price. Great customer service. Hands down, best place to buy Knipex pliers. Bob is always trying to swing you a good deal and help you out with the price. Great business.

This is always the last place I think of when I'm looking for tools and I don't know why. Very rarely do they not have what I'm looking for and I've had a good experience every time. Definitely need to start making this a more regular stop
