You got to love this store! Very friendly and helpful unlike your big chain stores!

This true value store is the best hardware and pretty much everything else you need for any project for products. Every single staff member is more than extremely helpful. In the past I have made the mistake by going to other stores, like d&b supply etc, and three times in a row, for 3 separate items, they did not have it. Every single time I went to true value after, not only did they have it, but it was less expensive than the other places. They even fixed an antique lamp for me and refused to charge me! True value is the only place that I will ever go.

It's nice to have a neighborly hardware store where people know what they're talking about.

Quick in and out for a screw driver. Nice clean store with a good selection of about anything you'd want for your home project. Clean and well lit. Very friendly checkout lady. I would definitely go back to this True Value.

Put a new faucet in my br that doesnt drip drip drip and the water lines werent long enuf so went 2 my local TV and they had what I needed Awesome!!👍😊

One of my absolute top spots for home maintenance and local handmade knick knacks . They have the most unique blend of necessity items to repair almost anything with cute local homemade items that you can't not buy. I recommend at least browsing if you need something specific .

Great place to buy. Help are there when you need them with help and good advice. You don't have to go looking for someone who has no idea what you are talking about or what you need. Like the Big Box Stores

These guys are great and actually help you find solutions to what you need (vs being told what isle they think the parts are you need). Awesome customer service!

Good place to go to if you live on that side of town rather than traveling clear across the other side of town to go to the big box stores and it's in its name it's a good value 😁

Great experience. I went there to get a copy of my key and we tested it on my car and it worked on the ignition and I wanted to test it on my trunk since that's mainly what I want it for. I've had issues with my key not working on my trunk sometimes and the guy looked at it and suggested the problem and told me where to get it taken care of. Thanks a lot

I prefer True Value over the big box chain hardware store. The customer services is heads and shoulders above the rest, the employees are more knowledgeable and they aren't aren't afraid to let you know if they don't have the answer, but they will try to find it for you. The inventory is more geared towards local needs and conditions. I'm happy with the small town friendly feel and the helpfulness of the employees.

They have everything you need just on a smaller scale than Home Depot or Lowe's. No lines waiting to check out. Good bang for your buck. Real important these days!
