Robert was really helpful with my Jeep! The entire shop took their time, kept me updated on the many repairs needed, and sent me pictures. I loved the pictures of my car, it helped me grasp exactly what needed to be done. This is definitely my shop I'm going back to for everything. From oil changes to repairs, they have me covered. Great customer service and wonderful experience. My car runs smoother than it ever has before.

Brought my truck in after taking it to a different place to get a second opinion. Really glad I decided to bring it to Mike's auto clinic, turns out the other place was wrong. I would have had to put a lot of money into it just to continue to have the issue. They found the actual problem and took care of it really fast.
Not only did they get me back on the road quickly, they also have top notch customer service. Zane was awsome, he explained everything they found with great detail. I will definitely be returning for any future repairs.

I was traveling with a horse trailer from Canada when my brakes became in need of desperate attention! The guys at mikes auto clinic took the truck in early on a Saturday morning. They gave my mom a ride back to the horse show grounds and were able to have my truck back on the road by the afternoon! The bill was fair and I didn’t feel like I was being ripped off for only being a first time customer. The front end staff was super accommodating and had us laughing through the whole ordeal. Thank u so much for making a could be nightmare into a positive experience!

Mike's Auto Clinic has done diagnostic, repair and maintenance on my car, and the cars of 4 other family members. I find them thourough, professional, friendly, reliable, and reasonable. During the process of inspecting, doing diagnostics, quoting and repairing our cars they were great at communicating throughout each process and were quick to respond to me whenever I had questions. I've worked with Robert, who is an absolute pleasure to work with, but everyone there is so helpful. I highly recommend this auto shop!

My push button starter died on my Infiniti with 105k miles. Family member recommended Mike’s. Had the car towed on Tuesday night, Robert was super kind and a pleasure to work with! Had a 60 pt inspection in my email the next day! Missed the calls for 2 days because my phone thought they were spam, otherwise it would have been repaired way sooner, I’m sure…Had my car back with a new starter on Friday. Couldn’t be happier!

I love this place and cannot say enough good things about this shop. The staff is very professional and friendly, Robert was a great help to me. Not only is my car(BMW) running amazing now, but they finished working on it earlier than the quoted completion day. He went above and beyond to work with me on my payments, and all in all I am a very satisfied customer! I was a little apprehensive about having my car towed to Mike's Auto Clinic because the business was new to me. Robert took care to see that I understood the very thorough inspection report which included explanatory videos and pictures of my car. I have used many different repair shops over the many years I have been driving. No one ever has so carefully explained what needed to be done. It may seem a small thing to some, but no one has ever said the car will be done at 5 on Friday, and it was actually done at 5 on Friday. My car was ready when Robert said it would be, and I love zipping around in my little yellow car.

Service advisor Brad was outstanding through my my annual truck servicing. He also managed to get me an unbeatable price on a new set of tires. Thanks Mike's for always taking care of my oldie but goodie Toyota.

I had the best mechanic shop experience I've ever had. This place was very thorough and communicative through the whole process. The were very respectful and polite and engaging. I had my SUV in for an oil change and a pre-road trip inspection. Mike’s performed a through inspection and noted a number of 30k mile services that had not been preformed. So, while I had to adjust my budget, I do appreciate the thoroughness of their inspection procedures. I will be far more comfortable and confident that the car is in good condition and ready for a long, trouble free trip.

Great experience with Zane and the team! Truck died on me and they were willing to take it in right before closing. They performed a thorough inspection and detailed out all the work that was needed along with a timeline on when items should be done to help with the costs.

Had an issue with a car. And they kept me up to date with every decision that needed to be made. It was very inexpensive for the time and work they put in.. It was extremely easy and stress-free dealing with them. I will not choose a different mechanic and will suggest trying them out. You might be very surprised on how well they do compared to others.

I drove 800+ miles to visit my brother and his family and spend Thanksgiving with them. On the way there my check engine light came on. I called multiple places and none could get my car in until after I already needed to be back home. Brad at Mike’s Auto Clinic was amazing and so kind! Oh my gosh, what an amazing crew! Robert helped me for over a month, trying to get my insurance claim through. I had a really tough end to 2023 and he spent so much extra time and energy that he didn't have to and helped me beyond belief. I am forever greatful! Robert knows what he is doing and is so completely genuine and kind. Throughout all this, the rest of the crew at Mike's pitched in advice and help as well. Everyone was so incredible!! Mike’s Auto Clinic was amazing! Not only did they give me a detailed breakdown of what my car needed, but they were also very respectful over any decision I made, whether it was to fix certain issues or leave them. Robert was very genuine and really listened to what I had to say. Him, his “work husband” 😉 (inside joke), and everyone else treated me as if I was a part of their family. I will definitely be going back for my routine maintenance! 😊

I love the professional way I am treated and the personal service I receive. I know whatever we find that needs to be done on the on the vehicle I bring in, that I will get to see the diagnostic information on my phone and how critical it is. It gives me peace of mind knowing I can make repair and budgeting decisions on things I can see and not just what someone is telling me to do. Quality work. Got my sons Volvo in at a reasonable time frame and corrected the pressing issue. Up front on costs no surprises and as expected. Friendly and personable. We’re now only going here for our family of vehicles

Mike's always provides good service and they communicate well with the customer about issues. I had to leave my car for a few extra days due to parts, but she's running good after new brakes, water pump, battery and service! I'm sure my bill was was cheaper than if I had taken her to the Land Rover dealer. Thanks guys!

Flex plate replaced, after the replacement… I learned there was a warranty repair notification. Kurtis worked with me to get the reimbursement. Really happy to work with them!
