Before even notifying me, he purchased and installed a new Instant Hot water tank for us. We were then able to move right into closing without any problems. What a relief and a blessing it was to have Garrett as our realtor!! Truely there for us every step of the way!!

Dustin was such a great realtor. He came over when we had our inspection, and came with us for the closing. He advised us throughout the entire process . He was much better than the realtor had on our last home sale.
