Panera Bread

I ordered lunch for my whole office, totaling about 13 items. I was worried that because of how much that was ordered, something would be messed up or missing as that tends to happen when I order for the office, but I was pleasantly surprised when everything done correctly and nothing was missing on top of being done on time aswell. Food was hot and fresh, and everyone loved what they ordered with no complaints. I give props to the staff for being on top of things, and I'll definitely be ordering from this Panera again.

David and I ordered two different types of flatbread pizza, best pizza I’ve had in awhile. Decent size, and prices! Highly recommend! Also, grab a chocolate chip cookie…you’ll love it!

Panera Bread always has delicious food and drinks. I enjoyed the food, except I thought the little parmesan cheese bread circles in my mac 'n' cheese sandwich were a weird addition. It has a nice atmosphere and a friendly staff.

Mac and cheese is so good. Lemon drop cookie. Yum.

Fresh food with tons of healthy choices. I had the Asian chicken salad, it was amazing. I tried the cheddar broccoli soup, which was also amazing. Loved it!

Stopped right around noon on Thursday. Our order was rather simple but I was still quite impressed with the speed of service in the drive-thru during the lunch hour rush. We were happy that they still had a good variety of bagels to choose from at this point in the day. To top it all off, the employees were so friendly and cheerful!

Purchased food online for a party of 12 to 16 February 8th, approximately 10 hours prior to pick up. When I arrived at 12:30pm to get my food order, it wasn't ready. I spoke to the day manager and provided the order number I was given when my card was successfully charged the $84.27!! She had no record of my order. She asked if I used my Panera card when ordering, to see if she could track the order with my Panera card. I said no. She asked to see the record of my purchase using my cell phone, I told her I used my home computer. She asked if by chance I placed ordered for a different location. I said no, and my credit card account shows the Williamsport Panera phone number attached to this order.

I was stuck. I almost started to panic. I told her I've got at least 12 senior citizens waiting for me to bring food for lunch at 1pm to honor my mother's 79th birthday 🎂. She asked me what I ordered. I literally couldn't remember. I rattled off 7 different sandwiches, asked if they could wrap each half. I grabbed a dozen of their delicious pre wrapped cookies and made sure I had 14 bags of chips.

I ended up spending more last minute, but that's ok. Their amazing team had my order ready in 15 minutes and I arrived to deliver the food at 1pm!!

I probably won't order online again, but their food is always good, and service is always great. I'm still disputing the original charge with my credit card company, but that's for a different review.

We had a great experience at this location! We’re traveling 400 miles away from home and I placed a rapid to go order online from a search I found for locations on our way..... I didn’t realize until it was too late that we were over AN HOUR away from the Panera in Williamsport! I didn’t have cell reception and ended up hanging up on them when I called to try to get them to put the order on hold. They were great about it when we got there and remade the hot items we ordered with no charge. Thank you so much for being so understanding and caring!

This is my favorite place to eat, and I love the Mac and cheese!! They have a great selection of vegetarian options and flavorful drinks too! The bread is amazing and the desserts are so delicious! Prices are great too, you get a lot of food for what you pay for.

I did order ahead on the app and picked up at the counter. My soup was hot and delicious. Unfortunately, none of the fountain soda or fruit drink dispensers was operational, which was disappointing.

Love the strawberry salad and flatbread pick 2. Always have trouble trying to figure out what to eat, everything is great.

Whomever was building sandwiches yesterday (Aug 14 2021) did an excellent job! We ordered extra meat and sauce on on them and they actually looked like they had extra! And they were delicious too!

Chipotle Chicken Avocado. Was soooo good. Would definitely get again.

I love Panera Bread! I brought my youngest daughter for lunch and we had delicious food and drinks. We also got cookies from the bakery. The atmosphere was welcoming and clean, the food was made in a timely manner and exceeded all expectations!

I was just at Panera Bread with my granddaughter. I used the check out window. We met a man named Bill at the window and what a wonderful person to represent your establishment. He was very personable and served us with kindness. We will be back!

Love this place! Great atmosphere and great food. I don't feel guilty when I eat this food. Salads, soups and sandwiches are delicious. I don't mind spending more for good clean food.

Wow! They have the most amazing salad I have ever tasted. If anyone goes try the strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. Soooo delicious full of chicken, blueberries, mandarin orange slices, strawberries and walnuts, 🥰

We were served by a gentleman named Dan, who was extremely patient, very knowledgeable of the menu and meal combinations, made excellent suggestions, and was pleasant throughout the entire transaction - a part of which even involved me running to my car for change. There was also a young lady on shift who helped us decide the right desert options and took the time to explain what was available. Service at this Panera has always been prompt, accurate, and has been exceptionally tasty. The only possible improvement at Panera in general would be a mention of bleu cheese in the salads that contain it, as a warning to those with food allergies to bleu cheese.

Lots of tasty choices on the menu. It's prepared fresh in a timely manner. The calories are listed on the menu to help you make smart choices. I have enjoyed every lunch I had at this Williamsport Panera.
