AT&T Store

Matt was awesome! My husband and I came in to fix some minor bugs on our phone and Matt quickly and efficiently corrected all issues for us! He also helped us get a new phone and line set up for my grandma to join on our plan, and it completely eased my anxiety around the shopping process. Next time you shop at AT&T, ask for Matt! Keep doing what you do, Matt, you rock!

Matthew was absolutely wonderful. I had a billing issue due to my own non-tech savvy abilities. He was genuine and compassionate and worked with David from their loyalty department to get it corrected. Most would have told me …too bad. He took the time, mostly on hold, until he found a resolution that worked for me. Thank you!

Our store rep, Tylil, was truly wonderful at his job. He was very efficient, respectful, courteous, friendly, patient, the list of positive attributes could go on. We were very satisfied with his service.

Tylil was amazing !
He went above and beyond to help my 74 year old mother get a new phone and transfer everything over.
He stayed well past closing time because the transfer took so long and kept a very helpful and professional attitude. I am in awe of his work ethic and dedication to his customers. That's hard to find now a days.
I wasn’t a fan of going into the store in the past but with Tylil there I can’t wait to go back!

I recently had an issue with one of my phones. I first went to the Bloomsburg, PA store to resolve the issue because I was closer. Big mistake. The girl I had to deL with was extremely rude, and condescending. She repeatedly was telling me I needed to turn my phone in for warranty work. I left immediately and went to the Williamsport store and as always was greeted and treated like a valued customer. They resolved the issue promptly and I was on my way. I will never step foot in the Bloomsburg location again. The Williamsport staff is the best.

Sales rep was very knowledgeable and made sure he was offering the best possible deal/plan available

I’ve been in the location a handful of times Noble has been more than helpful every time.

Excellent customer service...... as soon as we stepped foot In The door a representative asked us how he could help.... and then promptly took care of us!! Again Excellent service and support!!!!

We came to Mariah to see about joining AT&T and the first time we came in she was great. Then last night we became customers and she was amazing. She helped us so much and got us all awesome phones!!

I myself am not an AT&T customer however my roommate is and after getting her phone stolen the wonderful people at this store where able to get her a new SIM card and her number transferred in under 10 minutes. The staff where very kind and efficient.

Mathew was awesome help! He knew what he was doing which made my trip to the store in a timely manner.

I went to the AT&T store after trying to get through to customer service number for WEEKS! I was frustrated and unhappy. I didn't have to wait at all! Jason was helpful! The young lady there was knowledgeable the 2 of them worked together to help me! I can't say enough about these fine young people.I'm so appreciative that they were there! They took all appropriate Covid 19 precautions. Shout out to Brian who was pleasant on the phone. God bless them all! Lory Albin

Nick, sales associate that I worked with was excellent. Extremely patient, knowledgeable, and personable. He walked me through the insurance claim process with ease. I highly recommend Nick & the Williamsport store.

They are very nice there

The young man that helped me was very nice and went out of his way to figure out why the phone I had received from AT&T's insurance carrier had sent me would not read the SIM card they sent with the phone. Long story short, the phone was defective. He put a new SIM card in the phone and it wouldn't read it either. He even put the same SIM card in various phones in the store and it worked in them.

Going to the store is soooo much better than being on hold with AT_&T Technical Support.

So glad Joe was able to correct my issue in less than 15 minutes.

I highly recommend in person Technical Support.
