I want to give ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐to the manager and employee at Staples in Nampa, Idaho for the utmost excellent customer service. The night before I had a deadline to have certifications and letterheads printed. The individual who filled my order was extremely rude and the job was completely unsatisfactory. I called and kindly spoke to the manager about the behavior of this individual. I went back in to have everything corrected. I appreciated the help and correction of my order. I can’t say enough, how much I appreciated their efforts. That speaks volumes about their customer service.

It was fine the staff were very helpful finding out whether I can return a shipped to order to the store or if I had to ship it back to the sender. I had to ship it back to sender due to the way it was ordered. It was an online purchase for my job through Staples Advantage website site so it had to be shipped back. They were very helpful in making sure that was the correct way to return the items.

Great staff no matter what time of day. Remembers at least most of their customers especially the regulars, accurate and they do go out of their way to double check for items in stock (if your in need of a particular item they don't have up front but often carry) knowledgeable tech support (at least in the fields they are assigned to and some can sometimes flex other positions in the store) and some of their employees do go above and beyond expectations especially compared to other stores.

I found what I was looking for easily and quickly. When I asked a question concerning QuickBooks Desktop items, I was given accurate information that helped me a lot.

Good service from Tasha B and Will. The sales manager was informative, knowledgeable. Nice computer, no issues.

They are always friendly and helpful if I have a question, or point me in the direction of what I'm looking for.

Grace is #1 customer service, Miki, Hannah, Anita are as well Amazing. I've been coming in alot working with Grace on some highly family picture projects for 3 years Grace and these other 3 ladies are above great in customer service for me I truly appreciate them. they all are highly itegrity representing Staples, I truly appreciate the team they show in providing great customer service. In the market for a new laptop. Did some checking on line, then visited a couple of places in person. Staples in Nampa, Idaho, was my last stop. Jacob was great 👍 he walked me through the differences on several different laptops, to help me make an informed decision. This interaction made me feel like a valued customer

It’s been a long time since I’ve received customer service, at a box chain, as good as I received today.

As I was looking for supplies, three separate employees asked me if I was finding what I was looking for, and then walked me to the product I was searching for.

Went a line developed a checkout, they pulled up two additional cashiers to get people through the line quickly.

The printing job I went in for, was done within an hour and the lady behind the counter was helpful and kind.

We received Stellar customer service. We brought in an old desktop computer with issues.
The manager explained the condition of the computer and offered up a simple solution. Our problems were solved and there was no charge. This store took care of us like we were family. We highly recommend them.

Good store with good products. Haven't been disappointed yet, and I will continue to go here for my office supplies.

This store did an excellent job at attending to my needs. I went to a competitors store across the freeway for a mobile business printer and waited nearly 25 minutes for service, contacted their customer service desk which they had no one interested in helping me for printers... literally on the mic system they have for employees and got not response...Bueller....Bueller... Took my business across the overpass to Staples and got prompt service as soon as I walked in the store. William and the Manager at hand helped me immensely and chose the best printer for my mobile business needs.

I bought a new computer and had Chris move my information from my old computer to my new one. He was very friendly, patient and informative. I had a hard time getting my computer working monitor and all. I took it back several times that day, Chris never once lost patience with me. That day I also worked with Michael and he was also very friendly, helpful and informative.

In the first five minutes of being in the store I got asked if I needed help 3 times. My girlfriend and I were in the store looking for office supplies. During our search we decided we were also in the market for a computer chair. The one we picked was the only one left. Bobby the manager was super helpful and gave us a discount on the chair. They also have a UPS store and I’ll be back to use that. Bobby went the extra mile and helped us load our car. Super friendly and very accommodating. Thanks you very much earned a customer for life.

I went in to purchase three chairs that were on sale but going back to the regular price the next day but you only had one available. Bobby took the time to call the other stores in the valley and found the other two for me. Incredibly kind, helpful and professional. VERY happy with the service.

Was in a rush today to get two sets of postcards printed and shipped and Hailey in the print center was a great help. She helped me tweak my orders to exactly how I needed them. Just wanted to give her a shout out!
