Just bought my second truck through Impact Motorz and it won’t be my last! I will definitely be back when I’m in the market for another used truck. Customer service is top notch and they communicated very fast on messenger and through phone calls. They held the truck for me while I was traveling from Montana even though another customer was offering to buy it on the spot, that’s what you call service and respect for the customer! 100% recommend to everyone! Give these guys a chance to prove to you they are different than the typical “car salesman”! Thanks guys!

So we went to this small dealership today to look at a vehicle that was marked “branded title” on Facebook as being very Skeptical on the whole thing we decided to go and check it out. When we arrived we were greeted by a gentleman named Rocky he invited us inside answered any questions we had took us to the vehicle set up a test drive the vehicle ran great and was in great condition. Upon our return we asked to see the Carfax Rocky walked us through everything on it and educated us on the branded title situation. Rocky was the most helpful and honest salesperson I think we’ve ever dealt with making us feel VERY comfortable with the vehicle and options to purchase. As we have still not purchased a vehicle still weighing our options I would definitely feel comfortable purchasing from Rocky and impact motors in the future. Definitely a little hidden gem in Nampa for a car dealership I would recommend them to anyone.

Neal at Impact Motorz is top notch. We were looking hard at a vehicle that was for sale there but after a few items didn't check out (that they discovered) on the vehicle, Neal did not feel good about selling the car. He was very transparent about the issues and wanted to make sure the vehicle was mechanically sound before he would be comfortable selling it. We ended up not buying from them but we would definitely consider buying from them in the future! Great job Impact Motorz for being a reputable company and doing the best you can to do the right thing!

Very good buying experience. Rocky was very helpful and met me after hours on a Saturday evening when I needed a truck and had to get back on the road. First off, I would 10/10 recommend buying from these guys. It may be a small lot, but the personalized, NO BS service had me sold.
I purchased a higher milage Excursion from these guys. I felt bad, came in kinda later on a Friday afternoon/evening to check the vehicle out.. Not really intending on purchasing that night. Kyle didn't seem to mind (pretty sure he had to rearrange dinner plans). I checked the car out throughly. Inside, under the hood, under the chassis, and test driving.
Kyle was very easy to talk to and was extremely friendly to my kids as well (huge plus for me).
The "no-hassle" sales tactic is advertised at a lot of dealerships, but this is by far the least hassle I've ever had buying a car from a dealer. I have owned the vehicle for 3-4 months now. No major mechanical issues they were hiding to flip a car. I'm pretty sure I got the best deal out of any Excursion in the Boise Area market...

I came in to Impact motors not getting my hopes up...Neal ask a few questions and after we told him what our goal was he went to work. There was no hassle or pressure and nothing that we had discussed was taking out he made things happen that I didn’t feel was going to work.
