Dylan Bonds was a great car salesman. I am always very skeptical when I go to car dealerships but he made the experience for my husband and I enjoyable. He was very laid back and was not trying to pressure us into anything. He was honest with what he knew and admitted when he wasn’t sure on something. Highly recommend him if you go to this dealership. The whole process was a lot faster and smoother compared to the other Corwin Ford where I bought my previous vehicle.

I went to Corwin completely stressed, as I needed a reliable vehicle ASAP. Matt was hands down the BEST! I went in Wednesday evening and he had everything finalized and set by Thursday at noon. I got probably the cheapest vehicle on their lot and he never pushed me to get something different/more expensive. To say I was relieved, is an understatement. Matt was quick, professional, patient, and understood my urgency for a new vehicle. I would recommend him over and over again!

I came in to Boise from out of town recently and purchased a truck from Corwin. It needed a new battery, so Corwin put a new one in it before the purchase was finalized. When I got home, the battery turned out to be bad, but I was too far away to take the battery back for an exchange. The manger graciously called my local O'Reiley's and purchased a new one that I could easily pick up and install. I really appreciate the way they made the unfortunate situation as hassle free as possible. They certainly proved that they are focused on making the experience good for the customer.

But, Matt Thorson, at Corwin Ford Wholesale was fun to be around and helped us laugh while we worked through it all. Went there knowing which car I wanted to look at. Had certain amount for down payment and a max payment I was willing to make. Richard was very helpful, let me take it to my mechanic to have it checked out, plus let me drive where I wanted for test drive. I decided I wanted the vehicle. Paperwork was a breeze. The man who handled the loan portion (his name escapes me) got my payments much lower than I had hoped. These guys were so nice, no pressure, and made my car buying experience fun. I will definitely buy my next car here, and recommend them to anyone who is looking for a fair deal on a nice used car.

I sold a car here and was very happy with the service. They beat the trade in offer I had from another dealership. It was a fast and easy process to drop the car off, sign some papers, and had a check show up in the mailbox a week later. Matthew was very responsive and was quick to follow up with questions.
