LeBaron's Honker Cafe

Just ate at the honker. We used to go all the time, but circumstances happened, so hadn't been there for a long time. Boy we will be going back soon.
The owner came to our table right away, and explained the daily special. What a great customer service. I'm sorry I didn't want lunch, it sounded amazing.
I had the farmers breakfast and sub bacon for the ham. I'm telling you it was amazing. Really even better than it used to be. I also sub toast for a scone. Wow. I couldn't wait to get home and tell my husband.

Great service. Delicious food that's not over priced. The garden omelet was loaded with fresh, vibrant vegetables and wasn't oversalted like everything is these days. Loved the private, quiet atmosphere and low lighting. I'll definitely be back.

Me and my pops love this cafe! Great service and great food EVERY time. If you're looking for a great biscuit and gravy dish, you gotta try the Haystack!!! That's our go-to Saturday breakfast. If you're hungry and in the area, I highly recommend you stop in and give them a try.

Better than I remember! We had a party of 8 on a Wednesday morning for my daughter's birthday. We felt right at home, as the restaurant wasn't a quiet place, and we are not a quiet family 😅 Angeleah was our server and she was so attentive and kind!! EVERY restaurant could use one of her. The other serving staff were also helpful. Angeleah gave us awesome recommendations for our meal, one of which being the cinnamon swirl french toast (you really only need one slice, humongous) Needless to say, the cinnamon french toast was delicious and decadent, no syrup needed. Our family had no complaints with the food and coffee. We will be back again soon!!

My wife and I love this restaurant, we try and visit every Saturday. Staff are always friendly and you can tell the owner cares. We live in Boise so finding the time to make the drive can be hard as there are no dinner hours anymore but it is always worth it!

Breakfast was phenomenal highly recommend! The jumbo cinnamon roll was perfection.

I had an amazing experience here and the food was delicious 😋 the staff here are super friendly, and very prompt with their service. It does stay pretty busy but there wasn't a long wait! And as you can see from the pictures I was only able to eat half of the biscuits and gravy so they're not shy with the portions!

Oh my goodness you have to try it! Both breakfasts were delicious. We had to take the cinnamon roll home. It was great leftover.

1st time eating here. This was a wonderful lunch. I had a meat lovers omelet, it was great. Lots of meat, sausage, bacon and ham in a delicious 3 eggs omelet. My wife had a beef dip. It was very flavorful and came with a side salad. My granddaughter enjoyed the 1/3 pound Angus cheese burger and fryers. We had a excellent young gal as our server. She did a great job.

First time in with my little brother and Angeleah was so courteous and friendly. She has a warm aura and I’m happy to have been placed in her section. It was a busy Saturday morning but I didn’t have to wait long for the food to come out. Thank you staff, happy holidays!!

This is an amazing breakfast restaurant. We were visiting with a large church group and the waiters (Lisa and Alisha) did an outstanding job of hosting us and getting our food on time and correct. Our entire group was wowed by your service. Definitely one to remember. Thanks again. Food and hot cakes were outstanding. By far the best.

I'm tickled pink we found this little spot. Whilst the menu is very limited during the pandemic, the things they do offer are amazing. The portions are huge and everything was cooked to perfection. The biscuits are moist, the hot cakes are fluffy and the sausage links are probably the best I've had in years. IF I had to add something negitive to make this a well rounded review, I would say that the sausage gravy is a bit strange because it's made with bacon drippings. It dominated the overall flavor. Other than that, we've got zero complaints. We'll be back!

We ordered our food to go, but did go inside to pick it up. What a cute setting!! The service was amazing, such a friendly/warm/welcoming staff!! The food did not disappoint! A+++

The breakfast was wonderful! It was fresh and hot and served quickly. The server was very kind and courteous and when I had questions, she was very responsive and kind. I would defiantly make this a repeated stop.

I'd like to eat dinner here but since there is construction they close at 3 instead of normal hours of operation. They have the best fries that I have ever had! They make a pretty good thick ranch as well. I had an omelette and it tasted great. The omelette was a Philly type of omelette and the cheese melted right on top was portioned nicely. I think the waitress gal was named barb but I'm not sure. She was very friendly and did everything a server should do. She checked on us often but not over barring either. Even the tall guy was friendly and helped us when we needed it. I didn't get the guys name but he definitely deserved recognition as well. I liked that the ketchup bottle was a glass bottle. It's small things like a glass bottle instead of a plastic one that excites me lol. The only downfall that I could possibly see about this place is parking but it's expected for a downtown place. You're supposed to walk around downtown. Hats off to the person running this little restaurant. The place was clean, the people were friendly, and the food was tasty and hot! Check this place out if you haven't already.

This place is wonderful. Staff is fantastic. We have been here when we had to wait. Today we didn't. But it is worth the wait. We are gluten free and serve the Best French toast.
