I had a wonderful experience at Kendall Toyota Value Lot with Gynelle Sabatino. They gave me a good price for my trade-in 2016 Silverado. Then they worked hard to get me a loan for my new/old 2011 GMC Yukon Denali. All the banks said no, I have poor credit. But they convinced one bank to approve me. Gynelle worked hard for me for 8 hours one day and 4 hours the next day.

These guys are top notch. My Bluetooth in my 2015 Ford Focus stopped working a couple of months after I bought the car from them. Not only did they fix it , they didn't charge me for the part or labor. These guys really take care of their customers. Thanks again Oscar!! I'm a customer for life!!

Very happy with our experience with Kendal Value lot and our salesman Erick Lopez! We drove into the lot near closing time just to look around. We had been looking for a commuter car/small suv for our daughter and had been disappointed by many dealers in the area. We found a Honda we liked on the lot and, Erick made us feel valued and didn't rush our decision. We came back the next day for a test drive and decided to buy the car. Erick was professional and friendly along with the other employees in the office. He stayed in contact with us throughout the two days and made the buying process simple. We were very impressed and thankful that we didn't get the feel like we were around typical "used car salesmen." We would definitely recommend.

These guys are AMAZING! I was in a very tough and desperate situation, and these guys were fast, efficient, and didn't quit. They helped me out of a very difficult spot. If I could give more stars I would Adrian was absolutely amazing to work with as was Oscar the manager. A tiny issue at the start of the transaction but safety was priority. I got my car and Adrian even picked me up from work in Boise to sign the papers. Fantastic service and sales experience, will definitely recommend them to everyone I know. I just wanted to leave a comment about the Kendall Value Lot of Eugene, OR and their fantastic service. I purchased a 2006 Subaru Outback with a manual transmission from them that was in fantastic shape.

First, 5 stars across the board….even their coffee was great. Who knew? Great coffee at a used car dealership.

Second, I must shine the brightest light on the sales consultant that assisted me, Eric S. I purchased this car from out of state. There were many phone calls, text messages and emails. Eric was very professional and prompt with all the communications.

Lastly, I have mention Megan in the financing department. Very kind hearted and professional. After all the paperwork was signed, I just had the nicest chat with her about cars. Particularly, the stick shift sports car she purchased.

All around, these people were down to earth and super nice!!

We went here thinking it would be a long shot for us to get into a newer car. When we got there, Doyle, one of the salesmen met us at the door welcomed us in and helped us out immediately!! He is the best car salesman I have EVER had the good fortune to deal with. He bent over backwards to help us, and he was absolutely amazing!! I cannot say enough good things about this man!! Whatever they are paying him, it's not enough!! Friendly, easy to deal with, and eager to help us in any way he could. Best experience at a dealer I ha e ever had. If you're looking for a car this is the place to go! They even took my 97 Jeep Grand Cherokee and traded it for over blue book value. I will remember this experience always and if we ever need another car I am definitely going here again! THANK YOU DOYLE!!
