We had a lovely week as a Troop in week 3. It is sad to know that camp 🏕 is closing after this season, cheers TSR.

I grew up in this camp. Fell in love with the place during my first summer as a camper. Spent five summers on camp staff. Lots of incredible memories.

This campground is for boy and girl scouts. This scout camp is well maintained and clean and lots of fun for all scouts. The grounds give a feeling of relaxation and stress free there is no such thing of a bad day. The scout staff is the greatest of all the activities for the scouts. It is sad to say that the camp is closing for a great scout experience I will never have the great experience of the grounds of what I had at camp Trexler there is just something about the grounds that give pease and a feeling that your in a different world there are no worlds to explain the feel this camp gives when stepping on these grounds.

Camp Trexler has amazing staff, as well as amazing food options that include those with dietary needs. They teach scouts and leaders what they need to know to progress and make sure everyone feels involved in some way. They're very funny and kind, and I definitely hope my troop can come here again.

As a proud Trexler Ranger I can say that this camp is simply the best around. The atmosphere is very good and the humor is top notch. It is a shame and a huge mistake that Mini Trails has decided to sell the camp.

The whole place is amazing! The lake and stream are beautiful! The grounds are so well kept. We went to field day here. Not only did the kids have a blast the adults did too. So much to do. Everything from canoeing to shooting a shot gun. They had a whole day of events planned. The staff are patient and explained everything really well. I can't wait until next year! Thank you for such wonderful memories.

I am an ASM of a Troop that attended week 2 of 2022. Along with the SM and another ASM we took 3 older scouts and 7 that were in the OFC program. I have to start off saying that the staff was Fantastic, from the bottom of the totem pole to the top, outstanding. The programs were great, the Trexler Rangers run was fun and exciting with great team building exercises. The Range master had some fun and informative events that he held. I could go on and on about all the great things, but for me there was one thing that proved to me that this was the right camp to attend. We have several boys that are a little shy and were hesitant about coming to camp, but seeing them come out of their shell, stand up and do a skit infront of the whole camp on the last night and then express to me how much they didn't want to leave. That was the icing on the cake. I know that we would all love to return.

Great camp. Great Staff. Great Program for young boys and girls. I went to Settlers for 3 years as a scout and worked at a nearby camp. Always came home with a smile on my face and some dirty clothes. I hope that everyone in the scouting program considers bringing their troops to Settlers during the summer.

Great place for scout camping! Has nice, different sizes separated sites with bathrooms. There is swimming pool and some pavilions. Open places for meetings. The area of the camp is pretty big.

The staff here is the best staff I've ever seen at a summer camp they're a little crazy in a good way and one day when I have kids of my own I hope I can send them here there are too many fond memories of this place to compose into one review

This campsite has always been my Troop’s go-to summer camp location. There is a huge variety of activities, including fishing, getting merit badges, rock climbing, shooting (bows, rifles, and shotguns), and much more. There are other activities that are offered for a limited time, such as the “frigid froggy” and becoming a Trexler Ranger — I highly recommend participating in these activities as they are essential in order to obtain the full experience. The staff does a wonderful job performing ceremonies and skits. One specific ceremony that stands out is the Induction to the Order of the Arrow ceremony — the staff sets up an astonishing atmosphere for those who are being inducted, and I highly recommend seeing it. The food is probably the best that you will ever get from a summer camp — especially during the BBQs.

Absolutely awesome places for my kids to go with Scouting. Horrible thing is Council is selling it. My kids have been going there for years and are so sad to see it go
