I’ve already posted rave reviews of this company and it’s staff all over my community FB page! 😊 When you have a plumbing problem and call Keiper Plumbing and Heating, here’s what you get. A friendly receptionist. A quick appointment, and talented and very pleasant service men of the trade, who show up very promptly, do the needed work expertly, and billing is always reasonable! If the guys are busy on other jobs, the actual owner, Chuck Keiper will show up, diagnose and then do the work, himself. I’m happy I found this company in my area which has an acute shortage of talented, nice and fair trades! Today, the owner’s son and partner did an expert tune up on my water conditioning system. They took the time to educate me on the system, too. Thanks, DOM and COLIN! 🙌🏻

I contacted Keiper Plumbing on Monday and scheduled a service appointment for Wednesday. They not only showed up within the window they promised but also called to let me know they were on their way. Scott and Blake greeted me and thoroughly diagnosed my plumbing issue. They gave me a few options for a solution and I was able to have them fix the problem during the time they were here. Scott and Blake were polite, respectful and professional. The cost of the service work and subsequent replacement of my toilet was reasonable and fair. Both people who took my calls (I believe Michelle and Rachel) were also professional, friendly and helpful. While I hope I don’t have any more plumbing issues, there is no question that I would call Keiper again!!!!! Highly highly highly recommend. Thanks Keiper!

NO HOT WATER!, CALL kEIPER.!..Returned our call, and scheduled for next morning. Dom and Colin arrived on time, very professional, polite, explained problem found and did the repair. Follow up visit on time to replace another part. Very satisfied with the service and Company.

I highly recommend this company . I own a vacation home and they are always there for me at any time of need which is what you need in a plumber (not all heroes wear capes ) … ironically I seem to always need them the most around the holidays . The first time I used them I was planning a trip to the home with about 30 family members and our system was down RIGHT before Thanksgiving , they got us back up and running to enjoy the holiday with the family without hesitation when every other company refused to come out … the most recent time is Christmas weekend - management themselves came out for another last min issue . If you need a plumbing company you can rely on look no further . Michelle is great on the phone and Chuck is amazing , patient and very knowledgeable in the field ! I could not thank him enough !

Great job! Had an emergency on an holiday weekend and they came within an hour. Scott was knowledgeable, informative, and very nice. Definitely call Keiper if you have a problem because they were super helpful and very speedy in an emergency.

I needed help and called Keiper for to see if they would send someone out. They were willing to but the woman who answered the phone told me what steps I needed to take to solve my issue over the phone. I was like "duh..stupid me". She was very pleasant and fixed the issue without sending anyone out. Then, like a golden Phoenix rising from the sun she called me back about two days later to make sure all was good and verified her instructions.
I honestly can't wait to call Keiper back when I have a REAL issue and get to use their service. I might even break something on purpose just to have their business for the phenomenal help.

This past year, I purchased a property in the Poconos with the intent to build a new building for my business. As soon the process got started, I contacted Keiper to bid on my building. Keiper Plumbing was the most reasonably priced, they answered my many questions, dealt with my constant changes that I made and helped guide me in the right direction with what I would need. Keiper plumbing was honest from day one, unlike most of the other contractors I had talked to or had gotten estimates from. Owners Chuck and Connor would always call back quickly if I had any technical questions. If the questions could be answered by the office staff themselves, they would always answer them right on the spot and were very helpful and friendly. When the building structure was finally done and it was time for Keiper to do the rough plumbing, they were thorough, prompt and professional. They worked well with the township's inspection agency, as well as my other contractors to make sure there were no issues and the building process would be seamless. I am so grateful for Keiper Plumbing and I am so thrilled that I hired them to do all of the work in my building. If you know the Poconos, you know it's hard to find a half decent company that will respond to you. Keiper Plumbing is by far the most responsive, professional, fair and honest service company that I have ever dealt with.

Had a leak, on a Friday in the freezing winter, they showed up in minutes!! Price was high, but you get what you pay for…Work was done fast and efficiently, problem was solved and we are happy!

I had an issue with my septic system first thing in the morning. I waited until their office opened (maybe even 5 minutes before hand) and Michelle answered very promptly. I told her my issue and she got in touch with Chuck (the owner). Chuck was out within an hour to look at the issue and helped me diagnose it. The ended up changing the pump in my septic storage tank and also cleaning out the pipes in my sand mound. But, it was more complicated since the previous owner did not install above ground access ports, so his crew had to dig and find them.

They were very easy to work with with and helped me as quickly as possible to solve my issue. They were also very aware of the expense and helped me make the correct decisions along the way. As the star rating reflects, I would highly recommend them to anyway else and will continue to use them as things come up.

Scott has been out to see us on 2 occasions. He is awesome! Discovered a leaky sink faucet on Saturday. Called Keiper at 8am Monday morning. Scott arrived b-4 9am. Truly outstanding!!! He put in a new faucet and finished by 9:45am. Scott is a polite, knowledgeable, outstanding young man. And a pleasure to do business with. We couldn't be more pleased & thankful with Keiper Plumbing!!!!

Yesterday (SUNDAY) while doing a load of laundry my water stopped running 😱 Although it came back on after a short while, it went on and off a few more times. I had used Keiper Plumbing once before and was EXTREMELY pleased with them, so I called and left a message. they called me first thing Monday morning & Dominic & Dillon got right to work diagnosing the problem. It turned out my well pumped was shutting off due to overloading & needed to be replaced. Dominic and DILLON completed the job in only an hour, replacing the pump & replacing the wiring with NEW wiring. . As I had said, I had used them before & it turns out Dillon was here for my Pressure Tank replacement also. We had a new dishwasher delivered, and when the installer/delivery folks attempted to turn off the water supply valve, they found it was corroded and frozen. They told us that they did not do that kind of work and that they would come back at no cost to us when the valve had been replaced. We called Keiser on a friend's recommendation. I expected a few days delay, but Dillon was here in less than an hour and half. He was very professional and courteous, and did an excellent job. The price was fair and Keiser will now be my go to plumbing contractor. Thank you very much Chuck and staff.

Keiper Plumbing is by far the most responsive, professional, fair and honest service company that we have ever used in our 20 years of home ownership. I used this company twice last week. BOTH calls were accomplished within two hours of my initial telephone call to the office. Last Tuesday, I called to replace the hose bib, nozzle and pipe that was leaking. Two younger and very professional men came out and had the job done within an hour. They were amazing to deal with!. Then on Friday (after hours), my wife got to our lake home in Pocono Pines, and the water in the home wasn't working at all, our well pump had gone bad. Within 20 minutes, Dom and Chuck came out, diagnosed the situation, installed a new pump and wiring and within a few hours our problems were solved. To top it off they honored us with work week pricing and not emergency weekend pricing! I cannot thank this company enough for the quality of their service and the amazing way that they treated my wife and I during the process. PLEASE USE THIS COMPANY FOR ALL OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS! WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!

I highly recommend Keiper Plumbing. In addition to installing a new water heater, I needed new drain lines installed under a concrete slab and couldn't get most plumbers to even call me back. I finally found Keiper and they were great to work with. Michelle, in the office, was up front about the timing for scheduling an estimate and for completing the work. I truly appreciated the honesty in the timing (they were scheduling work 4 weeks out at the time). Chuck, the owner, came out to provide the estimate and he was also on-site to supervise the work. Dom, Dillon, and Andrew worked their tails off and were friendly, clean, and professional. The work was done as promised and for a reasonable price. I will definitely call them the next time I need a plumber.

These guys are absolutely the best. Very responsive, NO BS. They installed a propane tank and now we pay far less for propane since we own the tank. They did a septic repair in short order that another company could not solve in months.
As a real estate agent, when I see their label on a heating or water system, it gives confidence to my buyers.

We called Keiper with a “no water” issue on the Tuesday after Labor Day. Keiper was able to have a technician out the same day to diagnose the problem and replaced the 20 year old well pump. The technician called and let us know the progress. We also asked Keiper the following week to install a sediment filter, which was done the next day. We are very happy with the results. My electric hot water heater need replacement. I called multiple known plumbers in our area.
Keiper responded with a reasonable price and had the heater in stock.
I scheduled the job for this morning. I received a call from Danielle at 8:15 letting me know the guys were leaving their office shortly. Scott & Connor showed up right around 8:30, ready to do the job.
They did the job quickly, installing 2 shut-off valves to simplify future jobs and at the quoted price!
