My son needed some work boots. When we entered the store we were greeted immediately. We walked to the shoe department and were asked if we needed help, right away. My son explained what he was looking for. The sales associate came out with two choices in my son's size.
He liked them both and purchased both pair. We haven't experienced service like this in quite some time. We were very pleased to be valued as a customer, for a change.

Always great service. Husband was looking for shoes for work. He found two pairs and I found some slip-on sneakers and all 4 totaled less than one of the pairs of work shoes. Especially helpful if you need Wide Width like he does

They always have a coupon online for you use or download and bring in store. Whenever I have an outdoor adventure need I go here. Their products are quality and will not break on you unlike other brands. I got a two person floating tube and water shoes here. The water shoes fit perfectly and more than exceeded my expectations. The tube held up nice and was really comfortable to float down !

Size 14 wide men’s shoes....Big 5 has them in the back room so just ask the sales associates. Friendly, amazing service and great prices for big shoes.

Well received and greeted at the entrance. Looking for new hiking boots/shoes in a size 14. Directed to Loren in footwear. Brought out 2 pairs of hikers, a low top and high top. Prices were a nice surprise and bought both pairs. Spent less on these than a single pair would have cost elsewhere. Well made and comfortable with awesome service. Will be back!

Came in bought the night owl xgen pro night vision monocular. I give it a 5 star, is pretty awesome, dont let the low star reviews give ya a bad thought.. It is really cool and late at night total darkness you see perfect, for the price it is worth it.. It is a bit bright on tye eye so youll have to adjust to it but well worth it.. Infact iam buying another one tomorrow.

I often take advantage of their 1-Day deals, and bought a pair of shoes for tennis last week. I wore them last Saturday for 5 sets, and my feet were really hurting. They are good shoes, but just didn't fit my feet. I took them back and found a better fitting shoe. Exchanged with no problems. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Today I visited this store with my 3 young kids. Looking for some youth cleats. I was greeted right as I walked thru the doors by a very polite worker named Rob. He directed me right where I needed to look. He looked for sizes at other stores. Offered to put some of my selections at the front counter for time of purchase. With 3 busy kids, this trip was a breeze thanks to the outstanding customer service provided. Brittany who rang us up was also very welcoming. Got us rang up and out the door with what we needed in a timely manner. With customer service like this I'm willing to pay full prices. I hope management rewards such great service!!

Always have great deals on everything I need and want sports/outdoor related! Especially when it is last minute stuff I need to find! Also love that they carry the Bearclaw boots and they go on sale regularly.

The male employee I wish I remembered his name. He ran around and got everything I asked for. I bought 2 new pairs hiking shoes for me and my bf. He had ran back in forth because the boot I wanted didnt come in my size he picked out all the ones in my size so I can try on. super happy to help. I really enjoyed my experience.

The ladies in the shoe department were very helpful. And the front cashier was cheerful and went out of his way to verify the sale prices.
