I purchased flowers for my disabled mother the day before I needed them to be delivered due to shift work hours. The options for bouquet's and arrangements were far more unique than other local delivery services and offered next day delivery without hassle. I unfortunately missed Ryan's call initially, but when I called he offered incredible service and ensured the delivery with kindness and complete professionalism. The bouquet is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The flowers look as though I cut them from a garden, no browning or hint of wilting - the vase is not typical and will easily be found for reuse somewhere to her liking. Thank you Nampa Floral and Ryan for outstanding service! I will certainly be reusing your shop again!

Ordered an adorable truck bouquet for my sisters birthday. I believe his name was Ryan. We had to make a few last minutes changes. And he did an amazing job!!! Thank you for helping me create something to celebrate her special day!!! I would definitely recommend!

Delivered on time. Unique bow, made of green leaves. Generous flowers in shades requested for service. If you do not call ,straight to the floral in Nampa , instead of going to online shop like teleflora , you can get scammed. The flowers are different for every season . Some flowers available , some are not. All. Florist will tell you, they can only use what is available. That is just the way it is. You may not find peonies in the fall etc.

This shop may not be the #1 on the floral shops list because their appearance isn't fancy and their shop may not be fancy but let me just share WHY you need to choose them for your next need. NAMPA FLORAL HAS HEART, I recently had a death in my family with so many things on my mind I forgot to order the casket arrangement. I call all around and Nampa floral was not hesitant to take the order in a very short notice. He was so kind and on top of it and let me just tell you it came out so beautiful! I am very grateful!

They went absolutely above-and-beyond with my wedding flowers. My cascading bouquet was so huge and gorgeous, and the price was $200 less than I had been quoted anywhere else.

Called from California to order planter basket today New Year's Eve for my sister in Nampa, ID. Wow, Ryan took my order and delivered a lovely arrangement for my sister's bday in Nampa all on the same day and holiday weekend to boot! Most florists weren't even open! Ryan is the best. I received a darling bouquet as a birthday gift on October 8th... Here is my bouquet not even one week later. 😕 (1st pic) I have had grocery store flowers last longer. (2nd pic)

I don't think I've ever been pushed to make a choice or rushed to buy something more in my life.
There was almost no selection to choose from in the cases, and the guy there started trying to put together a bouquet of "something bright and springy" before I had a chance to tell him what I wanted or even said yes. He said the flowers I wanted in MY bouquet (lilys) would get destroyed and weren't worth adding, but reluctantly agreed to add them after I told him I wanted them anyway. I asked if he carried certain colors of hydrangea and he said no, so I asked him to please pause on making the order right this second so I could look around and make a decision on what I wanted.
He threw down the filler leaves he was holding, walked into the back and said ok, thanks for coming in....😳🤷‍♀
That was my first time in and will be my last. What a stressful joke.😕

I agree with the other reviewers that state that the customer service is lacking. I ordered flowers for two separate funerals. I received a call stating that one was “too far.” I offered to contact another florist and was told “no they get charged for every online order.” I was put off by the tone and content of the conversation, but let it go.

I get to the service for my uncle who is a veteran with no immediate family and he has no flower spray at his memorial. I contact Nampa Floral and let them know that I’m upset and that Ryan’s attitude from the previous day rolled into the way my order was handled. I get a call back stating that the flowers were delivered and he shouldn’t have to eat the cost because they were there. I explain that we have pictures showing no flowers were at the site. In my order instructions I provided a name and specific location of where to deliver the flowers. Clearly they were delivered to another service. Why should I pay for flowers that we didn’t receive? I tell Ryan that it was heartbreaking and brought tears that my uncle didn’t have the send off he deserved. Ryan told me that he was also in tears, “ BECAUSE HE WAS OUT THE MONEY.” He did immediately refund the money, but like I told him, you can always make money, you can’t remake memories.

Fast forward to the next day and the flowers that were delivered to my aunt’s service looked like what I ordered. I recognized them right away.

For $160 dollars, I would expect an arrangement to look a hell of a lot bigger and better than what my wife received. The arrangement measures 11" x 11" tall. There is no doubt I've purchased arrangements from grocery stores for a 1/4 of the price that were just as big. and P.S.. The vase was standard so no cost really went into the vase.
