Blu Tavern Restaurant & Motel

We haven't been there for a while for no particular reason. From the time I called for a reservation, the staff was very friendly. The restaurant was busy but service and food was very good. We met Michelle and she was very gracious. The only reason I gave atmosphere a 4 is because it's a little dated, but it's cozy and friendly. We will definitely return.

Nice place, beautiful fireplace was burning on the cold winter night. Clean, friendly staff, little dated, was very crowded, we waited a little before we got our food. The food was very good. Great parking.

We had my Mother’s 100th. Birthday party here. She requested it because it was Dad and her favorite date night place. Been run by the same family for generations and always good food. Thank you for a special day!

Awesome dining experience. Waitress was very attentive. It takes a while to get your food but that is because everything is cooked to order by two chefs. The food was Superior and very fresh. Highly recommended

First time at this restaurant in 40 years. Nice setting. The service was good. It's a little slow but it felt intentional - to allow one to relax and enjoy. The crab cakes were excellent! Nice wine, too!

Love clams casino.. the blue has one of the best and the service has always been good. The young girls reall are right on spot.

Cool local spot . Food was tasty and tavern is old school cool. Nice place to stop for a drink and some food.

Recently celebrated my parents' 50th anniversary here. Party of nine total, with three kids. (Teens and one pre-teen.) All the food was incredible, from apps and salads to everyone's main dish. The service was second to none. We were there for about four hours and not once did we feel rushed. Highest recommendation possible.

Excellent food, service and pleasant surroundings. On Fridays and Saturdays they offer a limited supply of prime rib. Get there early if that's what you want to order. I was able to get there early enough to get it this time. Daughter and son-in-law had lasagna and spouse got surf n turf. All was very good. The service is excellent.

One hour wait made worth it by awesome caring people like Brittney. Thanks to the manager for offering a $10 card. We will pass on the card and we will be back!

We were driving through town and stopped here for dinner. Delightful staff and delicious food. The chicken brushetta was perfect. Even oil based it was nice and light. Highly recommend!!

Fantastic food. Somewhat noisy. Extremely long waiting for your meal. Will go again because of the great tasting food.

Both the Tavern and motel were wonderful. The menu is shockingly legitimate. Get the SMALL stromboli... And then accuse them of giving you the large... Until you see the large. Three guys, three different orders, all great.

Wasn't at. Blu Tavern for many years..even though it was a funeral dinner, it was enjoyed..the food was served by 1 waitress who handled drinks and food with utmost care!! The food (chicken breast) dinner was served piping hot and none of us at any complaints!! Good place to go for food!

Food was fantastic! We sat at a table in the bar area but were able to order off of the full menu... We opted for pizza and sandwiches but will try entrees another time for sure. I got the calamari... it was done perfectly... very lightly breaded and flash fried... exactly as it should be... tender, light with great marinara and a lemon wedge. I also got a small blu tavern special pizza... onion, ground beef and mushrooms... for a prepared crust it was excellent!! My wife got a cheesesteak....holy huge!! $9.95 we brought half of it home... sorry no pictures, the food was so good it didn't last long enough to get any shots!! Great place, great experience, fantastic food... we will be back again soon!!

Always excellent food and service here. Prime rob Fridays are awesome. Drinks are great as well. It's all made to order so don't expect a quick turn around but we always find it worth out money.

Family owned and operated for decades. Always great and always friendly. Like going home to visit.
