Don’t know why all the negative reviews I had an appointment for Tuesday am I arrived the Saturday morning before and was unloaded within 3 hrs and was able to get 2 extra loads in for payroll all smiles here

Truckers take exit 107. Don't take exit 104. Drop and Hook is easier. Well organized.

Overall, pretty good place to deliver to. Appointment was at 9:30, arrived at 7:45. Got a door early, and unloading took about 3 and a half hours. They do have a restroom in the receiving office, along with a vending machine. And the Pilot at exit 100 is a good place to park if you get there earlier than a couple hours before your appointment. Security guard and the guy in the receiving office were friendly.

This place is open 24hrs but they dont start taking deliveries until 06:00. Guard will check you in and give you directions. Everything is clearly labeled. Office was friendly and gave direction.
I was in at 05:15 checked into office at 06:00 given a door right away. They started unloading immediately.
Oh and to get to facility take 81 to exit 107. Rausch rd is about 2 miles on rt 209. There is a weight restriction if you try to come up Rausch rd from other direction. It is clearly posted and officers like to sit at the bottom.

Nice place to deliver a load appointment 7:00am checked in 6:00am got door right away empty by 7:30am thanks no overnight parking

Very easy pickup. Trailer was already loaded and the office person even got the yard dawg to locate it for me. Top notch experience.

It’s a good place to deliver. Just a warning if you have a floor load. Expect to be here 3 hours min to get empty for floor load sometimes up to 5 hours, book reloads accordingly. Loads on pallet you’re out within hour and a half

My appointment time is 9 am , i checked in 7:50 am . They unloaded 8:50 am .. outstanding work guys really appreciate it.. thank you big lots ..

Guard shack staff are very friendly and nice people. Yard jerky are very helpful and nicely.

I had check in on Saturday about 04:50pm
I couldn’t find it out my bills, and I asked to shipping office staff, They checked all bills on the shelf for me , after that they said to me that “other driver picked up already.”
I called to DM office for it. But It had been no changing until at 11:30am next day.
I had been waiting at side of bobtail parking lots.

What an awesome place to work.. Employees are the best.. Big Lots cares about their employees. Going on 630+ days not lost time injuries.

Here's the thing about this place . If u don't have package slip in the back u will have to wait a bit till they count all the boxes in back otherwise 1-2 hours max. But i would like to give 10 stars to the receiving lady . So calm nice and very trucker friendly . Twice I had issue with my delivery appointment and twice she fix the problem for me ! Thanks you are awesome!

Empty in 1:15 hours after appointment time. So really great. If you think 2 hours load/unload is bad, trucking ain’t for you.

My appointment was at 9 pm and I got there around 7 am staff was friendly and helpful got the door around 7.30 am and got empty in 50 minutes or so
Try to check in 2 hours early.

Big Lots Distribution is impressive. I've met nothing but hard working individuals. Very team oriented facility. They seem to really value and reward hard working, dedicated employees. I look forward to being a contributing asset to the team.

10 am appointment. Got in the door immediately and they started to unload right away. This is how all warehouse operations should be run. 👍🏻

Well my load was a hot potato so went in and out in less than 2 hrs , they have rest rooms, vending machine , but no parking overnight , about 10 milles from the customer.

I would give 100 stars.. from the guard, the receiving office it took all in 35 min in & out, did i mention that i was allowed to get unloaded 11 pm Thursday evening while my Appointment waa 8 am Friday.

A big welcome guys at the gate. Unloading is super fast. 25 pallets about 35-40 minutes.

7am appt took me in at 6am started unld me around 0630 staff was friendly your unld time depends on piece count if you have a bunch of separate line items you may be here awhile but that's any place that doesn't work under the 'subject to count/verification process system.out at 0730
