Extremely helpful even when I didn't know what I needed. Working from a description put together what I needed for my pump to sand filter. I suggest you take a picture of what you are working with, it makes their job easier.

Free water testing is a big plus, and they will give you the exact advice you need to get your pool balanced. They do a great job opening and closing our pool, although the prices have definitely gone up quite a bit, but what hasn't?

I had the privilege to work with the guys from Bob’s Pools and not only did he answer every question I had before I purchased the pool he help me through the whole process of installation (DIY kit). This is a family company and they take pride in making the customer happy! Very Satisfied!

I always take a water sample just to be certain and they always take great care of us. We are very new pool owners so the questions are nonstop but they are quite patient and go into details on how to get the best results with the chemicals.
