Had a great experience last visit. Full body massage service was great. Anna our tech was great and catered to our needs and felt great afterwards. You can wait and relax at the relaxing area and start to unwind and also after the massage as well while listening to relaxation music.. will be back again.

I have been going to Downtime Salon and Spa for about 1 1/2 years now. I have been following stylist Rachael ever since she was in beauty school at Empire. From the first time she did my hair when she was just learning, I was always impressed and loved my results. In fact, my hair was damaged due to overprocessing and she brought it back to life. Using conditioning treatments every time with my color, my hair is now so healthy. I have very dark hair and have gotten highlights at times. Every time the highlights were perfect and just what I asked of her. Other times I chose all over color with a red tint and the color looks so rich and amazing. That is how it is now. I was there this week and was greeted right away with a smile. The wait time was just a few minutes and then Rachael called me back. She is professional and kind and truly cares about her clients and their needs. Her goal is to make everyone feel beautiful! I know she has told me that she goes to shows and classes to always stay on top of the latest trends and techniques. I always enjoy my appointments and the relaxing atmosphere and friendly staff. I look forward to my next appointment at Downtime with Rachael !

I have been going to downtime for ~ 2 years now and have been seeing Rachael for about 4!

I live in Philadelphia and drive 90 minutes to get my hair done for one reason only: Rach.

She is absolutely incredible at what she does and my hair always looks like movie star quality. I always get so many compliments. Sometimes I'll take in a picture of something specific, other times I'll tell Rachel to just roll with it and she NEVER disappoints!!

The professionalism by all spa employees is unmatched and I look forward to my next appointment!

I haven’t had my hair done in over two years. I booked an appointment with Rachael and she brought my hair back to life! I went in with dull medium brown hair and I came out with shiny healthy dark brown hair. This is just what I needed to make me feel better about myself during this pandemic! I highly recommend booking an appointment with Rach!

I started going to Downtime Salon a little over 2 years ago and I refuse to go anywhere else; their hospitality and personalization is unmatched. My favorite stylist there is Rachael, she always listens to what I want and does exactly that. She is also very honest when it comes to what is achievable and unachievable with my hair type and makes recommendations accordingly. I also recommend everyone to request Megan to wash their hair out, she gives an AMAZING scalp massage!

I visit downtime mostly for hair appointments, but their spa is just as outstanding as their salon. I have got facials, messages, and eyelashes done here and the experience is unmatched. I love showing up 25 minutes early to my appointment to unwind in their waiting room while wearing one of the robes they provide. Pro tip: bring wine, a friend, and your slippers, but if you don’t bring your own wine they do supply you with some. (I’m not sure if they are offering beer and wine right now with COVID, but it is a nice touch during regular circumstances)

Professional and friendly staff. Treatment rooms are simple yet soothing. Great color scheme, feels inviting. Love the facials! I was so relaxed, I didnt want to leave!

My first visit was wonderful. Chelsea S gave me an excellent haircut and I truly felt spoiled while I was there.

You can't go wrong here! The staff are welcoming, the prices are appropriate for the amazing work, and the massages are incredible!

I get the deep tissue massages there and they are amazing! All of my family members get massages, facials, and mani/pedi services there which makes a gift certificate at Downtime the perfect gift.
