I will be returning to Schaeffer’s Motorsports for my Spyder maintenance and repair. They had taken great care of my Ryker when it needed recall work done. The staff were friendly and accommodating and the tech/mechanic had done a great job on my Ryker. Service was prompt and done with good quality. Additionally I eventually traded my Ryker in for a used Spyder at Schaeffers. Once again staff was very friendly and accommodating from the demo ride to all questions asked. They were very reasonable with their offer and pricing and worked with me to give me the deal I was comfortable with. Communication was excellent and so was their service. I feel confident that I can rely on them for my Can Am needs.

Dewain, along with the rest of the team was so great to work with. They know the products what they sell and are very professional. Love my 2023 Ssr Bison 500.

I brought my 2019 Can Am Outlander 850 XMR to Schaeffer's Motorsports because it wouldn't start. I made my appointment and was greeted by Erika upon arrival. What a great associate you have in her. She was very friendly and courteous, a pleasure to work with. She introduced me to Wesley Fiscus, the tech who worked on my machine. What a great guy to deal with. (She also told me the names and introduced me to everyone else in the shop!) The amount charged me was more than fair for the work done.These people all went above and beyond my expectations and I will bring all of my future business to Schaeffer's Motorsports. It's a really great place to do business!

I didn't purchase my 2022 Outlander max here because they had nothing in stock (not their fault). However, when it started make a squeaking noise and I couldn't get the grease fittings to take any grease due to poor assembly from the factory, they didn't hesitate to take a look at it. They got it greased (installed new fittings) all at no charge and while I was waiting in the show room. I took it back for its first service and from scheduling with Erika, to the actual pick up and payment with Seven the process was smooth, the tech even came out to go over everything he did with me. I recent bought an exhaust and skid plates from them which will be installed this coming week and I'm sure that will go just as smooth. very pleased with everyone here! Definitely would recommend!

After entering the sales floor I stopped to take a longer look at a Cam Am 850 Max Xt and was greeted by Jimmy! Very friendly and not a pushy salesperson looking to make a sale!

This is the second time I have gone to a competitor in the area which I’ve bought my first ktm from, and have walked away furious about my trade offer. Call up sales at Schaeffer’s and tell them what’s going on and they beat the other dealers trade offer by thousands. And have the bike I’m looking for (350sxf) in stock! Worked with Dan this time and he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend. Paperwork was a breeze. Much better experience than working with other dealer (YCH). Other dealer didn’t think I was serious when I loaded my old bike back up and said I’d go elsewhere. Chased me out the parking lot. Twice I went through their low trade offers. Two separate occasions. That’s my dumb fault for not just going to a Schaeffer’s first. Won’t go anywhere else from here on out.

An very honest and straightforward experience from beginning to end! Dewain was nothing but helpful and everybody in the showroom was more than friendly. An easy, no pressure environment with staff that wants to do nothing but help is all you could ask for. There's also a waiting area with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, snacks, and a vending machine while you wait for your ATV or motorcycle being serviced. Their number is already programmed into my phone.

I do not generally write reviews, however felt that this was genuinely deserving and the right time to do so. If you even start to consider going anywhere else for your Can-Am SxS service or parts in or around this area, do yourself a favor and save the frustration. A friend referred me to Schaeffer’s Motorsports after explaining my frustration with another dealer that sold me 2 keys as spares roughly a year and a half ago. Fortunately, I’ve never needed them, until now. Unfortunately, they were not programmed as performance keys. I called the dealer that sold me the keys and explained I had a trip coming up in 2 days. They found my invoice purchasing and programming the keys.Their service manager Adam, who hasn’t been in the office going on a couple years now, didn’t even give me the courtesy of a return phone call. He had a tech call to tell me I would need to pay again to program the keys and they couldn’t do them until Saturday after 1 PM, or I could schedule a service a few weeks out.

In comes Erika and Brody from Schaefer’s Motorsports. Within two hours of calling, I had the ECM updated, some reprogrammed keys that worked (Can’t thank you enough), and a flat tire plugged. The absolute BEST service I’ve ever had the pleasure of experiencing. I will not spend my hard earned money anywhere else moving forward. By far, the only dealership around that made me feel like part of the family. Thank you for such an amazing experience and heartfelt welcome. Will be seeing you again soon for that 100 hr service and most likely that new KTM 300xc.
