The Crimson House

Our sever was great! We went there with two other friends and we all really enjoyed our dinner. They had seating outside in the front of the restaurant which was great for us because we had our dog with us in her stroller. I had the crab cake which was basically all crab meat and absolutely sumptuous! The chef had prepared it twice for me because the first time she wasn’t delighted enough with the preparation so it came out late but still worth the wait and I wasn’t charged for that item.

Great food .Nice atmosphere. It was my first visit but I will definitely return.

My husband and I celebrated our anniversary, we enjoyed delicious food, drinks and the staff was wonderful!! Highly recommend!

Loved the dinner here. They had gluten free options for my wife who has Celiacs. Staff was friendly and helpful. The fried brussel sprouts were amazing. Nice location and a good bar menu as well.

My family had the brunch buffet on Easter, and it was wonderful. I wasn't expecting much from a restaurant in downtown Pottsville, but I was very pleasantly surprised. The food was great, and the buffet included everything I would ever consider ordering for breakfast. The service was also excellent.

The restaurant itself is much, much bigger than I expected it to be. Before we got there, I pictured us trying to cram into a small table in an overcrowded bar area, but the dining areas were spacious and plenty big enough for a large group. Much of the architecture and decor seemed to be original to when the structures were built many many years ago. It was all really neat to see.

I highly recommend The Crimson House. I would definitely go there again.

The variety and quality of Bloody Mary’s was amazing, the Mimosas were great and the food was great quality with interesting flair.

Great pla e to eat. The atmosphere was amazing. Music was very good and food was great also. Will be back at some point.

I would say after a years of visiting this place many times they have a no fail place the food is extremely good people are fantastic that work there. The owners are very involved in the business. Please support your local business.

A bit pricey but food was good. A definite must if you're in the area.

Found the Crimson House off of Happy Cow and while the reviews on there didn't match the current menu they still had vegan options and were accommodating so I'd definitely recommend them of your visiting Pottsville and looking for plant based options. Plus it's right down town and walking distance to all the attractions.

Its a little pricey, but WELL WORTH IT. Very nice for a relaxing night out. Good choice for date night. Husband got a $27 steak, but that's what a $27 should taste like! Small menu, but everything was delicious!

Came right after noon on a Monday! Good service and great tasting food! The atmosphere is a bar but still great for family's.Did not see a children's menu tho so maybe not great for little ones!

We really enjoyed our meal at Crimson House. Both the breakfast burger and crab cake sandwich were first rate. I'll be returning for the lemon raspberry cake. I really enjoyed it.

From start to finish we had excellent service. We were acknowledged as soon as we stepped foot in the door. The flow of our order was perfect. Never felt rushed. Food was delicious. Perfect temperature and freshness. Will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. Thank you for the great first dining experience at your establishment. Kudos to all the staff and chef. Awesome find for my stop in Pottsville. Pulled pork was great but for my needed some more BBQ sauce. Fries were great as well.

Absolutely love coming here for a nice date night or even just some great drinks. Love the food options, small portions but that gives you some chance to experiment and share. Amazing drink choices, had to try all the specials and the staff are always fun to talk with.

If I could give the Crimson House 10 Stars I would. I ate here a year ago and I was not happy with the food
. I stopped in this evening to see if anything has changed. I actually had a very pleasant surprise. I had eaten the best burger I have ever had in my life along with fries that were hand cut. I also had a side order of brussel sprouts that were just AMAZING. Everything was priced so fair and moderate. The quality very high and the service and atmosphere also fantastic.
I can't wait till my next visit. This is a must check out.

The chef's are amazing. They are always consistent with making a great meal. The atmosphere is fantastic and the staff are upbeat and friendly.

Great food and great service! They have a few good craft beers on draft and a good selection of spirits.

Atmosphere is great, fine dining style with local pricing, very affordable, excellent addition to the area. You won't be disappointed .
