Robert M. Zimmerman, DO

Dr. Zimmerman is the absolute best. He’s so kind and gentle. His bed side manner is untouchable. His office staff is awesome. I moved an hour away from his offices, but I refuse to change doctors. Best gynecologist by far.

I was very impressed from the minute I registered. Everyone is friendly, helpful and pleasant. This was my first visit to this office. I highly recommend them to anyone.

They let me still come to my appointment even after I was a hour late. Very nice and understanding

They do not accomadate pregnant woman when it comes to work. I was employees with a warehouse job and my pregnancy was affecting my performance numbers. Work had suggested I start with reducing my work hours but the nurse practitioner Ms. Barb would not approce. I then was advised by work to put myself on a leave so i can have my job when I came back and Dr. Zimmerman would not write off on it. Clearly the list of work duties for a warehouse job are the ones that a pregnant woman 6 months or farther should not perform. I have been off work however but with no pay and no disability. I am struggling financially which is increasing my stress level, depression, and blood pressure and Dr. Krosens only advice was for me to relax and everyone goes through stress, "it will get better". Oh and my first some appointments I was advised I had HPV but there was no more they could or would tell me until after I have the baby. I'm stuck with this place too because I'm order for me to deliver in Pottsville I HAVE to go to conprehensive women's care. I am NOT please by this only option.

The receptionists really need to lighten up. Zero manners, no smile, very rude. Lighten up ladies

Absolutely terrible staff in the reception area. Very ignorant when they talk to you. The rest of the staff is great.
