Went for my first check up and they made a lab error with my tests. Found out when I went to redo my tests that the only thing that went wrong was that they forgot to put my date of birth on my sample. So instead of having me verify my date of birth, they decided to make me come in to get another sample. What a joke! Do not trust this place at all. They don’t know what they’re doing.
