I don’t usually leave reviews but the gentleman working the window (I believe was management by uniform) has exceptional customer service !! I told him the chicken strip was for my dog and he gave me two dog treats for him once he heard, most people would’ve said oh that’s nice and kept it pushing. Thank you for the extra step tonight, you never know what’s going on in someone’s private life, so thank you for making my evening better by a kind gesture.

i came in the other day and the girl through the drive through hailey was amazing! she was so sweet and my food was amazing and came out quick #lovehailey #lovekfc!

Great food except next time put my cole slaw in the bag not under the hot mashed potatoes 😋

Ordered takeout through the app. Food was ready when I got there. Everything in the order was correct, and the food was delicious, as always.

I have ordered food from these store almost once a week me and the gf love their Pot Pie meals. But the staff are always polite and Pleasant. I even had a order get messed up and they didn't get mad they just fixed the order and where very respectful of the situation.

Best one in the area!!! I drive 30 minutes away just to go to this one!!! Love that you still have to go up to the counter to pay and glad no kiosks !!! Keep it up!!!

The girl working was named Kate. She was SO kind and helpful! I didn't know what I wanted and she gave me really delicious suggestions. Give her a raise! She makes me not mind going into the restaurant. (Normally I just do the drive thru.)

I'll always have love for kfc, my first job when I was younger. But this jawn here food was naw. Working there (not at this site) for a few years The site looked good from what I can see from the drive thru. The team was cool, nothing special.

It was cold and windy and I was running in my grandson and sister. We were greeted by a worker who held the door for us. My grandson just awoke so was out of sorts. Another worker gave him a cookie to brighten his day! Your staff needs to train other people in the business. It was an awesome experience!

This location has became a favorite. We have visited 6 times. Each time the food has been fresh and hot! This includes the sides! Extra crispy rules!

The food is always fresh and delicious although it can be a little pricey. Great atmosphere with friendly and helpful employees.

The food was vary good. The service was excellent, going thought the drive through was fast and easy.

The staff, Michelle, Zoe and Kate went out of their way to explain changes in the menu. Found out there is a special for seniors. Pottsville, PA has always had the friendliest staff, best food and cleanest KFC.

The one in Pottsville PA is on their a-game. No matter how long the line is, and they're always is one. It moves very quickly your food is always hot and fresh, and my order has always been correct.

I love the food and the people were very sweet when we had to pick up food after hours because of Roma making us wait half an hour

The chicken platter we got was delicious and hot. The people at the drive thru window were very pleasant and accommodating. Very good place to eat! The line of cars behind us went out to the road. But they are only open until 8pm.
