Owner is fair and very helpful. The knowledge she lends out over the phone and in person has helped countless families with DIY. And they feel accomplished and saved $100’s. The tech has been on time while in my home for service. Efficient and shows he enjoys working on appliances. Would highly recommend.

They came to my home to repair my refrigerator. I was the last service of the day. The service tech called to let me know the job before mine was running long. He showed up was friendly, knowledgeable and stayed until the job was done, after 7pm. Great customer service when I called to make the appointment and at my door. If you need any appliance help, they are the ones for you. Great pricing also, very fair and reasonable.

Best customer service I have ever received. These folks are genuinely concerned about saving you money. They go above and beyond in their efforts to fix your appliances for as little money as possible. They are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. If I could give them ten stars, I would.

Very fast shipping actually next day. Price was reasonable for the pump I bought. But my diagnosis was wrong and my old pump was good. Have to call them tomorrow to possibly buy a circuitboard

My family has been doing business with affordable appliance for over 25 years. They are so nice, they treat you like FAMILY. They have a huge inventory and there service is out of this world ! As long as they are in business that's the only place I will go ! 🙂

I would like to correct my past review of Affordable Appliance. This is the place to go if you have any appliance concerns. They are incredible , knowledgeable and honest. Please forgive me for making the mistake of giving them a negative review in the past. My last review holds no merit.

This is a well established place thats been there for years . They know what they are doing and what they are talking about . Never once had any issues with them and been dealing with them for years. Very kind and friendly people. I would absolutely recommend this place.
