Almost bought house from them. Thankfully, after a few weeks, the owner informed us that “he’s the boss and that he would not sell to us”. We asked questions and could not get straight answers on anything. Very vague on everything. Contract they want signatures on is a joke. They force you to use their realtor and paint the picture that the realtor will handle everything. Then, the contract informs you that you are unrepresented after a total $$ was agreed upon. If you want representation, you have to pay for that. The Realtor they steer you to is a relation of the owner and was not honest with us, was unprofessional and was never prepared for any discussions. Then, if you question things the owner gets mad and won’t sell to you. All one way here. If you want to spend a lot of money and be deceived, these people would be a great group to deal with. Horrible and frustrating experience.

(ZERO STAR) My husband and I just bought a house from them on Sept 4th and there are already issues with it. The dishwasher (brand new) was hooked up incorrectly and water spilled into the basement. Bath water is stinky and yellow-orange. Bathroom sink seal was tighted too tight and leaked all over. They seemed to have an inner circle of people that say they do a good job - not true though. House has all kinds of uh-ohs.
