Very poor service.I don't know if it is a fluke but my friend bought one, she took it back 3 times without any satisfaction. I explained that she needs to have them test each part on a known working device and when she did, they discovered it was not a problem with the top. The battery portion did not work. She was then told that they only provide a 5 day return period. This is outrageous! And they say it's the manufacturer's problem. This was the Suorin Drop.

UPDATE: After explaining the situation to the owner, they were very reasonable about replacing the Suorin Drop for my friend. As a 10 year vaper I am certainly happy with the outcome and will now be happy to support a local business.

Great cigar shop! Reasonable priced and good variety! Enjoy your cigar in a nicely furnished, fairly large smoking lounge. Byob to complete the experience!

Be wary of the Ooze pens. Stopped working after 2 weeks and the registration number doesn’t register with the company.

Bought a Sourin Drop here after my last one died. The one i bought here didn't even last a month. Read someone else had a problem with one they brought from here to so thought i'd mention it.
