I trusted you as my doctor i believed my health information was safe. You gave my personal health info to a stranger not a family member not anyone I know just some nosey lpn and her daughter who in 2003 knew me from work but not personally and have been spreading rumours ever since. Hippa laws are suppose to protect us you should of checked my chart or checked with me. She said she was my mother who has been dead since 1985 and my other mom 2001 died. My chart list my family history of medical problems where both moms listed as dead.and name of whom my info goes to and what number he can be reached at. You know per pa. Law I am tested for drugs q. 3 months for past 10 yrs havent failed one yet and that should I been to your office every 3-6m past 3 yrs And In case your wondering I have no criminal record. I am owed an apology and your office should of got this persons information documented so I can press charges for stalking and fraud and harrassment against them. Your office should of protected me as its patent and not given out my information. Also my dad is dead 2007 so dont take calls from him either. I am so dissappointed in you. You should of checked chart this went on several months that they were stealing my information with my personal address.my home number. My medicare numbers. My everything. My mom has been dead since 1985. ..call my home number see who answers I can barely walk so how am I pushing my dead mom around??? I want you to apologize for the mistake your office made so we can continue.
