The staff were all really kind and communicative, and they were totally upfront about pricing and procedures I would need. Usually, going to the dentist makes me super anxious, but they were very reassuring along the way and I'm so thankful for them making me feel comfortable.
My only warning is that their wait times were long, so be prepared to wait for a while. It's worth it.

Everyone there is super friendly and help you find the right path for whatever you need done. Great atmosphere and they try their best to make sure you're comfortable during your visit. I'm always super nervous going to get any kind of work done on my teeth but after meeting the staff and talking about what my options are, I feel a bit better.

The staff at Aspen Demtal in St. Clair are top notch. They were Polite, courteous and helpful.

Pamela Morales- great experience with Dr Hu today,even though I got my tooth pulled. Just still waiting for something for pain to be sent to pharmacy, cuz I'm sure when this block wears off I'll be in terrible pain again. The women doing my x rays was awesome too!!

From someone who suffers dental anxiety, I feel this office & staff were very kind, walked me through everything, and were quick to take care of me! I was seen on Tuesday, for some broken teeth that my last dentist refused to pull. I went with these broken, infected teeth for over a year until finding this office, and them pulling them today! They were very calming and patient with me, and the pullings were quick & easy. Now the road to recovery! Keep in mind, everyone has different experiences but from my point of view, they take care of what needs to be done & I am very pleased with my experience! Thank you Aspen Dental!

I scheduled an emergency appointment for a tooth I knew would need to be pulled. From when I walked into the door to being greeted by the front desk receptionist to seeing the Dr, absolutely everyone that I dealt with was pleasant, great at keeping me informed, and great at their jobs. Found out during my appointment of a few other issues I'd need to have taken care of. Scheduling for those in the future was a breeze. Plus, the big guy above (if you believe) helped me out by having a cancelation the same day of my emergencyappointment, so I could schedule the extraction of my tooth the same day. Talk about fate. Thank you Aspen for everything. I'm looking forward to my future appointments.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Our financial questions were resolved quickly. Can't wait for the next visit.

Christopher was amazing. Friendly, knowledgeable, so nice. He made me feel at ease. I had a broken tooth and they made time in the schedule to extract it. Fast and pain free.

Best dental visit I've experienced personally. Staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Availability of appointments was great without having to wait months for an appointment. Office manager was very informative and overall wait in the waiting room was less than five minutes as well as waiting for the doctor and office manager. Great experience and highly recommend aspen dental to anyone.

Great people! I had the worst toothache (it felt like electrical shocks to my brain. They got me in right aways and took great care of me. 😊

Very nice people that took care of me today, much nicer then 4 years ago, got all my future visits scheduled for all problems found, they accepted my insurance and the total owed in my opinion is very fair, I usually hate dentist but as i said, they were all very nice including the dentist, no judgement tooth care, and very flexible scheduling, I'll be an Aspen customer the rest of my life.

My first time been there. Staff were pleasant and kind. The waiting area looked clean and lots of chairs to set down in. Waiting time didn't seem to be to long before they call you to see the dentist.
