DO NOT GO HERE they have no idea what they are talking about. My 9 month old HAD A SEIZURE DUE TO UNTREATED DOUBLE EYE INFECTION!!! He seen dr kotzmoyer because his eyes were leaking green and yellow discharge and watering/swollen she swabbed him and she said it LOOKED viral. Next day she messaged me on the app and said all tests negative for every sickness they test for. I continued to ask what it could be.. she said it could be a different local sickness and asked to see pictures of my sons eyes and also said he may need ointment. I sent two pictures. He looked horrible. She said “it still looks viral it should clear up by Monday. No medicine or ointment was ever given. A few days later he had a seizure out of absolutely no where. A day after this seizure he got seen again by dr miller. I kept bringing up his eyes, but they just kept swabbing him and admission was mentioned but THEY SAID THEY DIDNT HAVE STAFF TO ADMIT HIM (NOT OUR PROBLEM) we finally said we don’t trust these drs and went to Hershey medical. It turns out it was a double eye infection and ear infection that went untreated!!!!! ALSO about two months ago my baby was about 7 months old and contracted RSV/parainfluenza AND pneumonia… we went to atleast 6 appointments before he was finally admitted to the hospital. You could hear him wheezing from the other room!! Finally after 6th visit one of them finally admitted him. This is absolutely the worst place to take your children. Everybody always says it’s a good place to go to because of Dr.G and I hate to say this because that man is so nice to my six year old but I don’t even think he knows what he’s talking about he said my son couldn’t have Tourette’s because he doesn’t cuss when he has an episode!!! If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!

1 star for Tracey H at the front desk. We checked-in our 2 day old newborn today with Tracey H. I’ve never encountered a more miserable and unprofessional person in my life at a pediatric office. We take our 2 older children here too so if this would have been our first encounter, we would never return. We LOVE Dr. Kessock and so do our children, so she is worth staying for but as mentioned, Tracey detracts from the pleasurable experiences we’ve had at this office.

My 4 year old daughter was seen here at Geisinger pediatrics in Pottsville on November 25th by Jennifer Lynn Kotzmoyer. My daughter had spiking temperature fevers, chest congestion, a cough, runny nose and an ear ache. The doctor Jennifer, tested her for RSV, Covid and the flu. Each test came back negative. So, the doctor told us that she was ok… My daughter has been experiencing the same symptoms continuously days after, even still today November 29th. We took my daughter to Geisinger Shamokin hospital to see what is actually going on.. Well, my 4 year old daughter has bronchitis and pneumonia!!!! It infuriates me that the doctor Jennifer did not think to test my daughter for bronchitis and or pneumonia even though she was showing the symptoms for bronchitis and pneumonia. I hope you see this doctor Jennifer Lynn Kotzmoyer so that maybe next time a CHILD comes to you very sick, you will have the proper testing done. Please people, make the doctors take more tests if you are unsure. I feel like my daughter could have gotten the medicine she needed much sooner if this doctor would have just taken the proper steps and had the proper tests completed.

I don't even want give them one star they didn't give my daughter right care or the right test the misdiagnosed my daughter and threat me with cps all because they did want do there job held us against our will and on top that refuse to treat her growth and weight gain by here condition I am going to make a few doctor lose there job I am also suing I would not take your kids here for treatment they don't know what they are doing and I knew what test need to be done and they refuse to give the right test to figure if her condition instead they failed her and now she could have more problem due to her condition because of them
