AT&T Store

The staff were amazing people and super helpful! They also were very informative on all information needed and honestly just super nice!
I had Anthony help me get set up on a new plan and he was determined to help me despite the issues we encountered.

We didn’t wait long for someone to become available, upgraded two phones pretty quickly too.

Service was 10/10, friendly, fast, efficient, made sure everything transferred over to our new phones, made sure we got screen protectors and cases, installed those perfectly as well.

Jonathan was really helpful. I have never been able to transfer everything from one phone to the other whenever I have upgraded before. However this time John helped me out. It may have taken a little bit longer than normal to do the transfure however due to the circumstances of how bad my old phone was. However John got it all situated figured out in a quick Efficient. and manner.

Nice people. Good service didn't spend alotof time here considering it was on the busy side. I was still in and out in an hour

David and Miggy were so helpful and fun to deal with. My daughter’s phone was not working properly and they patiently tried several different things to help us avoid getting a new phone. We did need a new phone and they explained the best deals to us and did not push us into anything. They also spoke directly to her and on her level so she could understand how to change over all of her apps etc. Next time we need anything I’ll definitely be calling first to see when they are working before I go in! Thanks guys!

My first experience with the new Pottsville AT&T store was a breeze! I was nervous about upgrading my phone, considering my last upgrade was SEVEN years ago and it was a hassle then. But Jamie made the whole process easy and enjoyable. She showed me my options, helped me to preorder and my new phone will be shipped directly to my home once it is available. Excellent customer service and experience- I will definitely stop in again.

He took his time to get me a phone and explained everything along the way. He set everything up for me. They all were very nice in the building. Phone works great.

I went to AT&T in Pottsville to ask about prepaid plans David told me everything I needed and cost. I came back about 2 hours later after talking to my husband, he recognized me and helped me immediately. He was friendly and quick I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a working device! After my previous carriers lack of quality service I am glad I switched to AT&T.

I went into the store looking to only upgrade/replace my son’s damaged phone. Jonathan was absolutely amazing to work with. He was thorough…not pushy in any manner. He reviewed my current plan, explaining in detail all of the savings. I ended up leaving with a brand new phone, as well, and tremendous savings on an even better plan. Jonathan transferred EVERYTHING from the old phones to the new. This was by far THE best experience I’ve had at an AT&T store anywhere. Thank you Jonathan.

My experience at the AT&T store in the Fairlane Village Mall were,to say the least, an extremely easy and pleasant transaction. The young gentleman, Travis S., was knowledgeable, courteous and quiet patient with someone in their mid seventies. He made sure I completely understood the whole process. He answered all my questions with a calmness of someone who has been in customer service for a while, although he is young in age. Thank you AT&T for having the foresight to hire someone so kind. Wish all could take a lesson from this fine young man.

Travis was the absolute BEST customer rep I have ever dealt with!!! I highly recommend him, very knowledgeable and had all the answers to every question I needed help with.
