Dr. Margaret Young, I found to be a very intelligent, and extremely knowledgeable. Above all, I found her to be very kind, with a genuine desire to actually listen with true empathy. She has a real heart for people, they aren't just patients, but people to her, and more doctors need to have her compassion as well as her vast medical skills.

I've been under the care of all physicians at this practice and all are incredible. I started with Dr David Young but now under Dr Margaret Young care very professional and will give the proper attention throughout complete visit. The staff is very helpful also. Kind, courteous, and very professional. Very flexible in scheduling with multiple offices and get the same level of service from all.

I see Dr. M. Young, I'm very pleased with her efficiency.

When in the room(for a yearly checkup), after I gave the secretary my insurance card and was given the ok to have a seat. I was then taken to my room and my vitals were being taken the secretary came in and said I had to leave and they couldn’t see me. Because my insurance card had the name of Doctor Young as my PCP. But my insurance is good and allows me to see any doctor I choose. She then proceeded to tell me that I had to leave or call my insurance to verify that they will pay for Dr. Joe to see me, because Dr. Young no longer is at the practice. She told me to leave and they cannot see me several times. Then left the room. I called my insurance which told me what I told her, when I went back out of the room to tell her what they said, she didn’t even want to hear it, and was dismissive to me. She was rude and completely unprofessional, Dr. Joe Zawisza came in and I told home how I was treated and he shrugged it off and took the side of his secretary. When I told him I didn’t want to stay because I was to upset, he said fine. I told him we will find a new office, he said tell us where to send your records. I was mortified. I’ve never felt more discriminated against in my life.

Never got my mother the X-rays needed. Instead he prescribed an addict oxy ! What a joke of a doctor
