I was very pleased with my experience at this store front. I had purchased a new phone from another store location and they did not activate it. While out and about we stopped into this location to get the new phone activated. The store associate at this location, Joe, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I was very pleased with Joe's customer service and his eagerness to go above and beyond for the customer. Joe and his work ethic is the perfect example of the standards every customer service representative should be required to maintain. Very pleased and will be returning to this store front when need be to work with Joe again for future purchases.

Chad could not have been more helpful. He listened to my situation and helped me figure out how to get a new phone. I had just left the AT&t store upset because they have terrible customer service and I drove straight to Verizon to see if they could help and Chad went above and beyond. I even later called the store after getting home with my new phone because I got confused about a download, I called the store. I spoke with Chad and not only did he calmed me down he let me know that they are always there to help. I am loving my new phone. Thank you again, Chad
