Best dentist I’ve ever been to! Friendly and kind and the work they do is amazing, I would recommend this practice to anyone. I can now smile with confidence and it’s thanks to this amazing practice!

Edit: the first time I called they told me they were booked out 8 months. My boyfriend called a week later and they got him in within 2 weeks. Make sure you specify what you need to be seen for because they automatically assume it’s for a cleaning. They are booked out for cleanings for months, but if you tell them it’s for a different issue they should get you in sooner. They don’t mention this when you call. They will automatically tell you they’re booked out for months if you don’t mention what it’s for.

I can not say how wonderful how the staff and Dr. Smink treated us! My 14 year old son need a veneer for his buck tooth and they were the only ones that would help us get one for him!! For 14 year old leaving the office smiling was worth it!! Thank You Thank You from the bottom of my heart!!

Very please with that office for the last 17 years! Clean & professional. Friendly greetings upon entering. No excessive wait time unless there is an emergency (understandable).

Services have completely declined. My family and I have been patients here, for over 30 years. Would have recommended them to anyone. Since covid they have hired some very rude staff! I can't even get an appointment. I would have my teeth cleaned every 6 months like
clockwork, now I will go a year before I can even be scheduled. If you have any concerns they fall on deaf ears. I went to get fitted for a mouth guard, and the woman tried to force the guard she made on to my teeth to the point I was afraid she would break my front teeth. She kept saying that it needs to be snug. Well I know if it doesn't fit then it needs to be remade.I spoke to the dentist and he just said. So I guess you didn't buy it? I was like no if it doesn't fit I'm not buying it!! My family and I will be looking for a new practice to go to.

But the reason for a 2 star is the customer srvice at the front desk is horrible.

Woke up with an abscess in mouth. Called to get help.(very concerned for my health and safety) as soon as the phone call started i was preached tp about when an appropriate time to call them was. Also had me on speaker phone so everyone around them was listwning in on the conversation. (Pretty sure that breaks confidentiality laws) after i asked to speak to somone above the dentist calmed down thw situation. But i will not be moving forward with their help because of this. Also dont record their phone calls in case something goes wrong for you with them your out of luck. Dentists are awesome but purely unproffesional front office staff.

I contacted this office as a potential new client and the staff member that answered the phone was incredibly rude and unprofessional. And when I told her that she stated my opinion did not matter because I was not their customer. Would not even give them one star.

Worst dental service I ever received!!!! Incomplete work paid for service in full and would not correct staff was very inconsistent.
