The most helpful and upfront buying experience I've had. Not only did they work around my down payment options, they even kept my monthly payments within my goals. They went out of their way to make sure I didn't leave empty handed. I left with the vehicle I picked, and they didn't try to sell me on another idea. You will have a hard time finding this experience elsewhere.

I could give a Thesaurus worth of great words to go and describe Miners Auto! I have been dealing with them both directly and indirectly for the past 10+ years. When I think of Clayton, Chris, Michael, Debbie and the rest of the crew there- I think of extended family! That is how well they treat you! I have NEVER seen people as nice and caring go all in routing for you from the start, they are going to work their hardest to work for YOU! They are the ONLY people I can refer a Family member to with no reservation!

They gave me a chance when I was truly at my worst & helped put me on the right path to shine - for THAT, I am eternally grateful! They have given myself and Family - safe, reliable, dependable vehicles that have carried us quite some time. Which required NORMAL wear & tear upkeep, as all vehicles do! They're not there to break your bank or pocket - they're there to get you the best bang for your buck and gain plus' you never knew you wanted!

I, personally, have seen people go to used car dealerships & have been dead set against them, until I met them- when it was my only option! Extended family have went and purchased vehicles from other used car lots and I kid you not, broke the bank putting repairs into it, and then straight having to call the junkyard and settle a small check to try to recoup at least something. They always carried the Scarlett Letter in my eye & again- that was until I met the Crew at Miners Auto! They are the epitome of the word Class Act!!!!!

Miners Auto Sales is the place everyone needs to go to purchase a vehicle. Clayton, Mike, Debbie and Chris are phenomenal! I can not say enough good things about them! You will not be pressured into getting a vehicle. Once you find one that you have fallen in love with they will do absolutely whatever they can to make sure you drive off with it. While selling cars is what they do, making a sale is not the only thing they are worried about, and you can feel that when you walk in. They care about their customers just as much. They work hard to make sure its a good vehicle and good purchase for you. Every individual is different with a different financial situation, they know this and do not make you feel less than worthy of a vehicle.They will make something work or find you something that does! They truly have gone above and beyond for me, more than once. I will never work with any other dealership, as long as they are around. These people are it!

Nice people honestly, they didn't seem like they were trying to d*ck me over and were pretty ok with me being super meticulous on a 12 year old car. They even gave me a 7500 mile 6 month warranty on it. On a 12 year old car, that surprised me. But yeah, really nice people and were very helpful throughout the whole process. Would recommend if you want a used vehicle.

The crew at Miners Auto Sales was and is great to deal with. I’ve purchased two vehicles from them and couldn’t be happier. Truly amazing experience! The staff was absolutely amazing! I HIGHLY recommend them. Debbie was absolutely wonderful in going over all of my paperwork and helping me understand all of it as we went through the process. Mike was so knowledgeable about the van I purchased and made sure I knew how to use all the amazing features! I would suggest this place to anyone I know looking for a vehicle! In 2017, I decided to finally sell my 03 corolla and get a new one. I loved my old car and was concerned about getting a new car I liked just as much. Miners auto helped me to get my dream car. They went to the auction and even scouted for the car I was looking for. I ended up getting that perfect car at a phenomenal price.

Everyone there was very helpful and professional.

I have to update my post. Within 2 weeks of buying my car, the check engine light went on. I took it back to Miners Auto and they determined that a sensor was bad and it was not covered by the warranty they provided. Naturally, I could not put any blame on Miners Auto - it was just my bad luck. Both Chris and Clayton were upset that this happened but as I knew, they had no way of knowing that the sensor was going to go bad so soon. Chris told me that they would work with me to get the car repaired since I had the car less than 2 weeks. I got a call tonight that they were able to get the part and arranged with their mechanic to replace it. When I asked how much it would cost, Chris told me that they would take care of the bill. I was very surprised by that news. I knew the repair was my responsibility and I appreciated it when Chris said they would work with me on the cost. However, for them to take care of the entire bill goes above and beyond excellent customer service. One more reason I like to buy local.

I try to use local businesses as much as possible. The staff at Miners Auto is one reason by providing old time friendly, and honest service and generally taking care of the customer. So many times buying a car, whether new or used, is a stressful experience. Not so at Miners Auto. No pressure and only close enough to see if you have questions or need help. Best car buying experience I have ever had - and at my age I have had many.

Just bought used vehicle for my wife and she loves it. The ppl hear are very nice and professional and answer all questions you may have. I am very pleased with them. Would recommend them to anyone for a good used vehicle.

If you are looking for a new vehicle, this is most definitely the place to call!!! They all are truly amazing! They even picked me up twice to go over to the dealership... once to fill out paperwork and the next to pick up my beautiful car!!! They went back and forth with the bank over and over again to get me where I would be comfortable with payments. They pretty much bent over backwards for me! Everyone is so nice and so helpful with every step! I couldn’t have wished for better people to help me in this process and get me into a car that I absolutely love!!
